He then proceeded to make me the copies. It took him 2 minutes to make the three copies. I asked him how much wax it, he said $16. I had seen online that it was $35 and he told me that was the service charge, so I'm trying to understand how I was charged $80 altogether, all the guy had to do was stick a hook in the crack in the space that I had made and pop it open. Semms like a very easy job. So why was I charged extra $45?!? For a 3 second no labor job? Maybe because I'm a single mother stuck outside with a child they charged for my urgency?
