the WORST when it comes to service. VERY long story short, spent 30k on a bike and accessories. Passenger floor board mounts were defective. wouldn't return them after 4 trips to the dealership. lost a customer for life over 175.00. service is a sh*t show. made an appointment months in advance for spring, Stood at the counter, ordered parts in person for appointment with Lee. call 2 weeks before because we never herd if parts were in, our perts were never actually ordered and out entire appointment was canceled and noone could tell us why. They said there was nothing they can do about it and we had to wait longer for an appointment. sales was also good at their job. first time buying a full face and i told the lady over and over again the small just seemed way to snug and she convinced me for a full face thats exactly what you want. now 300 dollars later it causes to much pain to wear and ot was a sale item so i cant return it. should of listened to my gut and not someone that "knows what their talking about" as she put it read more

Never left a review but after my friend told me the same thing i decide to right it. People need to know of their horrible service. The only person their that is kind is the finance girl if she is still there. I've tried buying bikes there twice and they just really don't care. I bought my bike at pocono harley. went there three guys standing around and talking never acknowledged me, another time was only one in store three people in parts when i asked if they had a certain part or if everything was on display they said everything was on display next thing i know the guy is back behind counter never asked if i wanted to order part. looking for a seat gel pad was told they dont carry them because of so many different sizes, there are three sizes so no i dont recomend this place read more

Went for their bike fest to test out some demo bikes,hardly a bike fest,truck was closed up!so much for rain or shine event!not much going on.most employees were not interacting with potential customers kept to their conversations.didn't feel very welcome.no tags or prices on bikes,everything was so jammed in you could barely check the inventory out..waste of a trip.I also made this same comment on their Facebook and they blocked me..very professional!all I wanted to do was check out some bikes ..I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

Not only was I lied to, I was then told I "misunderstood" what was said and it was put on me . Then I found damage to one of my hard bags. The damage is clearly from factory. It's not scratches, it's cracks. Huge difference and this happened during the paint process. Everyone who looked at, took pictures of,and video ..all agree, this wasn't the fault of something hitting it or scratching it. In fact, someone actually tried to hide it, with a stick on reflector.......but yeah, Harley said no and blame it either on myself or someone scratching it... So all and all I was lied to,and blamed for everything that was wrong with my deal...from finance dept to Harley themselves.... Keystone Harley, white hall pa. Horrible dealership with an even worse finance chic. Mostly everyone works hard everyday for the money they have. This dealership could care less about you...or making something right. What needed to happen wasn't something that could not be done. It's something that maybe one or two people in the building would've have to do a little more work. For the price and what they add on, and have a customer not give any shit ..smooth easy sale, they should've taken the extra work on the chin and made it right. Also, by doing this they would've made even more money. Instead they lied straight to my face...and then told me it was my fault. I traveled to Pennsylvania from California to attend a wedding but decided to take two free days to rent a Touring S109 with the assistance of a very amiable Joselyn in the Rentals Department. She went out of her way to make an awkward scheduled rental possible and laid the groundwork for a truly amazing experience. I am not a Harley owner nor was I an avid fan on their bikes but at the end of my trip through New York and Pennsylvania I quickly learned why they are so popular for the road less travelled. I have been riding for 26 years and am a huge fan of BMWs but I can say with confidence having put over 600 miles on my rental my fourth point of contact was remarkably unphased by the trip. The GPS seemed to always devote to choosing the most remote and scenic routes vice highways, the stereo was loud and proud even over 70mph and the exhaust made a point of turning every head. I may not ever purchase a Harley but I can say that any lengthy trip I consider by motorcycle will have Harley at the forefront of any plans. I was unable to find Keystone in Yelp and was so pleased with the experience that I decided the least I could do was to create a Yelp entry for them and applaud them for a memorable experience. on 8-26-2021 I walked into Keystone Harley Davidson requesting new tires and a PA state Inspection.  I went on to tell the service guy its a 1999 Springer Softail. the man at the counter sat back in his chair and said "we won't do it". after swallowing my confusion I look him in the face and asked "why? you don't put tires on motorcycles?". He tells me, "THE BIKE IS TOO OLD". in return I lean over the counter and say "you won't put tires on and do an inspection because its old"?!!! he says "yes, we don't work an anything older that 2005. you don't wanna sell me tires? great. you wanna illegally deny me a state required inspection? i hava problem with that. The Salesperson I dealt with was very nice. Seemed genuinely knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in and was all around helpful. Test rode the bike and was prepared to buy. The problem was everyone other than my sales rep was less than helpful. It got stupid. Fast. The Sales Manager made out like he was doing me this big favor giving me 6,500 for my bike. The KBB is 6,490. Who hoo. Really helped me out. 10 dollars more than what I should have gotten. Depending on what site you look at they vary but come on. I am an Active Duty Soldier so my address on my driver's license is not my actual address. Not a big deal. I bought two vehicles in NC having a PA license and used my actual NC address. For some reason it was a big deal to these fine people. The finance lady literally argued with me about whether I had to change my address on my DL. It was bad enough, my wife told me later that she was surprised I stayed after that stupidness. Whatever. Got passed that hump. HD Supposedly has this awesome special financing for Military. Not sure that they let the finance department know that I was AD but at any rate. What Garbage. 7.99% for a 17,700 motorcycle with a credit score of 771. LMAO, too funny. Obviously I am not going to do that. So I planned on leaving. Before I did though I called up my Credit Union and in 5 min I was approved for 2.44% Apparently doing simple task such as filling out a purchase order and accepting that you will receive an overnighted check for the full amount of the motorcycle are too complicated for this dealership to deal with. Without getting into a long drawn out story the plain and simple of it all is. The General manager or Sales manager and Finance department need some serious work. My son and I signed up with PennDOT for the PA Basic Rider Course held at the Keystone facility. We all show up as scheduled on Monday 5/15/17 and the doors are locked? The instructor, a state employee, apologizes, says we have to do the 5-hour classroom portion outside...it is like 50 degrees outside with a north wind blowing @ 12mph, several people didn't wear jackets, obviously we all thought the book/lecture part of the course would be indoors. Why would Keystone contract with the state to hold a riding class at their facility and then lock the students out of the classroom? If this is how they manage their company, I want nothing more to do with them. read more

One star too many. If you're a working stiff like I am, I strongly suggest you find something much better to do with your hard earned money than spend it at Keystone Harley Davidson. My Street Glide and I were hit head on at the end of March by some careless house frau in a crappy Subaru who must have thought she was driving in England. I managed to almost get around her lousy cage but still wrecked the left side of my beloved baby along the driver's side of her car. Suffice it to say that I wasn't hurt and I never went down by the grace of God! It took Erie (so called) Insurance three weeks to send a lousy 3 grand for repairs. That's another story... When I gave Keystone the money to get started, I asked Dave the service manager how long until I get my Street Glide back,and he said anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks! Dave and Gino, the sales manager, thought they were funny guys and they both joked that they had an old 125 dirt bike in the back that they would loan me in the mean time. I called Harley corporate they said that painted parts have a six week lead time, which as far as I'm concerned, is unacceptable. Going forward, I will pick up my bike (if and when these hacks ever finish it). After that, I'll never set foot at Keystone Harley Davidson again. Oh, before I forget, I had them do $2,200 worth of custom work last September. When I got home, my ignition switch fell off in my hand. Real attention to detail Dave! The year before that I had my bike in storage for the winter and when I got it back there was a dent in the front fender (which they took care of after I pointed it out). Needless to say I stopped storing it there. I think that Dave and Gino need to understand that, the business that they are in, no one needs. People want it, but they don't NEED it, like they need a car or a new pair of boots. Harley Davidson is in the "really expensive toy" business. With that being said they need understand that they have a sensitive and fickle clientele who live and die for their "toys". I spent $23,000 on my toy, plus thousands in accessories, apparel, tires and maintenance at Keystone Harley Davidson. I guess I was mistaken when I thought I should of been treated with respect. In the future I will be more cautious as to where I spend my hard earned "toy" money. Rest assured it won't be at Keystone Harley Davidson in PA. Harley Davidson is hemorrhaging market share and money, and Dave and Gino are a significant part of a very large problem at Harley Davidson. read more

Excellent service* and parts department. Nice selection of accessories in stock. Friendly and helpful staff. I've been going here for years, long before the new owners took over, and plan to keep coming back for as long as I ride Harleys! *By the way, if you are shopping for someone to service your Harley in the local area, you are best off going with Keystone. I made the mistake of allowing a small shop in Bowmanstown do work on my bike, but they took 5 hours to do a 1 to 2 hour job (installing a docking kit), which ended up costing me more in the long run. Lesson learned the hard way! read more

this dealer is a joke! i took my bike to them in june 2021 after a car and another bike collided in front of me. i had no choice but to lay my bike down. it is now almost november and i still don't have my bike back. i have been given every excuse as to why it isn't done. it needed a few parts replaced like foot pegs/shifter. i am absolutely done with the keystone circus. i won't be using this dealer ever again if and when i get my bike back. i am most likely done with harley-davidson because of this dealers incompetence and lack of concern for their customers. read more

I already have a Harley but my wife and I felt like stopping in a local dealer to see whats new. One benefit from the start is that Keystone is open on Sundays from 11-3. The dealership is a large size, clean and well stocked. A nice selection of motorclothes and home goods. The staff greeted you open entering and were friendly upon checkout. Didn't do any business in sales or parts but wouldn't mind stopping there again if I need something. read more

Absolutely the worst harley-davidson dealer I have ever stepped foot into. I had my 2015 tri glide detailed back in Arizona and trailered to Pennsylvania for an event that was being held in New York. I stopped in and had my 1000 mile check up done at Keystone Harley Davidson when I came to pick up my motorcycle it was full of mud and the antenna that was mounted on the back of my tour pack was missing. They took no responsibility for the missing antenna and suggested that it may have fell off it was put on there just prior to being put into the trailer for the trip to Pennsylvania they told me that there was no one there to wash motorcycles on a Wednesday, but if I had wanted them to wash it I could bring it back out of the trailer and wait for them to clean it. I will not bring as much as a moped to this dealership. After much anguish and total frustration they finally put a new antenna on my tour pack. Unfriendly and on accommodating people does not equal good business. Anyone looking at doing business with this dealership all I can tell you is beware. The service manager kept repeating to me that he does not hire thieves although I didn't blame any of his employees for the missing flag. But what I did say was it was on when I dropped it off and it is now missing. read more

In late 2014 I purchased an Ultra limited from the dealership, sale person was very helpful. Now in early 15 I needed service on my bike, two weeks later I am still waiting for the work to be completed, and during my last call I was literally told "don't call us, we'll call you when its ready". Appointments at this place are meaningless. So much for service with a smile. I have begun my research for another local dealer. This dealer seem far to interested in just selling bikes, but buyer beware if you later need service. read more
