Check your lug nuts before leaving they forgot my front passenger lug nuts they never tighten them which after 3 days of tire wobbling my hub bearings in the passenger front tire started making real bad sound which they said I need it replaced which they claim the loose nuts would not cause it to go , so it cost me $300 Plus alignments are not done there they drive your vehicle elsewhere to have it done and don't give any print outs on your alignment , just found out another customer tire fell off because they forgot to put lug nuts on his front tire read more

I've been taking my cars and truck here for 20 years now for tires, repairs, state inspections, tuneups etc. and have never been unsatisfied. Their prices are reasonable and they have always done good work. Last week, on Saturday I went out to my truck and the battery was dead. I needed the truck for some moving on Sunday, so I had to do something. Went to Keystone and although they were swamped and booked with auto repairs till Tuesday, Chuck Smith, the owner, told me to leave the truck and they would try to get it done, and they did!!! The kicker was that they saw that my dead battery was only 3 years old, so they got a warranty rebate, and my cost for the new battery installed was only $37.00. We had called various tire retailers and then spoke to Jim, he sold us a set of tires named Hemisphere and they are a far meater ( tread ) and load rating ( e- rated , 10 ply ) and they were better than most name brands out there, plus just about every tire made in the world is made in China, Japan or Europe so why drop 100's extra when you can get a better product cheaper again Keystone Tire to the rescue ! These guys are literally the best. A couple weeks ago I found myself with a flat tire on I-95. Lucky for me, I happened to pull into Chuck's place, which was open at 7pm on a Monday! They had sold my mother 2 tires at extremely high price for what it's worth. Not all Japanese made tires are expensive and prrstige. Sumitomo is a value brand not to be sold at almost double the price! I wouldn't put this junk on my car, she's already complaining they are quite slippery when rds are wet. 225 55 18 size is common and not considered high performance. $150 installed + tax for a cheap Jap value brand is not worth it. She could have gotton piralli ot Goodyear tires for same price elsewhere. read more

They are the Definition of Chauvinistic & SEXIST who believe a woman is too stupid to have any knowledge or education about vehicles. I had a brand new Jeep Cherokee that I needed a inside patch(big patch they use on 18 wheeler tires) for my tire. My husband had been here for tires & called to tell them I was coming the following day. They told him no problem we can do that. When I arrived with my 14 yr old daughter they had us wait while they checked it out & were supposed to do the repair. Ten minutes later the service tech who helped me is walking towards us with the store manager. They start a tag team approach with "we can't patch your tire you need a whole new tire. We don't have it in stock so we have to order it @$145 for 1 tire." "Manager states also it turns out you need your entire alignment & suspension done." I said no not possible it's a brand new car that only I drive, there's nothing wrong with the alignment. It's not pulling left or right & I don't appreciate you trying to up sell me cause I'm here without my husband who would call bullshit in a second flat. Manager proceeds to tell me "Go on home & talk to your husband & let him call us & I will explain it to him!" OMG did he really tell me to go home & allow the men to handle it!? Seriously LADIES BE CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING RECOMMENDED! I have never given a bad review but I feel like how many Single woman go in here looking for help & get beat over the head with this type of disgraceful behavior! I went two minutes down the road to a truck mechanic that handles tires for big rigs & they were so amazing. They had me pull around the back, took the bad tire out of the back, took my doughnut off, rotated all 4 tires & patched the one that was flat. When I asked the gentleman what was the charge he said "There's no charge it was my pleasure!" I gave him a $50 tip. This is by no means to bash men. As I said the next location was nothing but helpful & kind & did exactly what I asked for. The fact he didn't charge me was a plus but has nothing to do with any of this. I can't believe there's still the mentality like we're in the 1940's & we have to ask our husbands in order to make a logical decision. First off it's a brand new car! Secondly, it's covered bumper to bumper! What kind of asshole do you take me for that I'm gonna pay you $900 for services I didn't need rather than take it to Reedman Toll & have it done for free? If there was an issue it would have been defective from the factory. There wasn't even 1000 miles on my vehicle! Please Share if you also had this type of experience. This location is very easy to find off of Street Rd. I had called a couple of other tire shops that stated it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, which I didn't have time for. I called them to see how long the waiting time was and they stated they could get me right in. I arrived within 10 minutes, and true to the word they pulled my car right in. I was working at a local car show and have to get back ASAP! Within minute they found the issue, valve stem and fixed at a very responsible price. This shop is a very friendly and helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to help on short notice. The shop was nice a clean and will ran. I would highly recommend them, I did not buy tires, but I did get a repair which they complete with ease. They could have tried to pull me into replacing the tire, in stead of repairing, which I've had shops in the past try to do. Thank you for your great service. read more

I went in with no appointment on a busy Saturday because I had a problem with my brake caliper and they told me they would take care of it. They called me 30 mins later saying it was finished. I have used Keystone Tire in the last few years and have had good pricing and experiences. two weeks ago i had them replace my struts and tires on a 2013 Ford Fusion. After i drove it for a few days I realized that something was not right...there was a knocking sound on every bump in the road and the car vibrated extensively at 60+MPH. So i called them and told them i had a problem with the work and they said bring the car back so they could look at it. I was apprehensive about getting a runaround story from them because it was a very costly repair. Their senior tech took the car for a test drive with me and then took it into the shop. They told me they replaced the struts and other steering parts as well as re-balanced the tires..... at no cost to me. The car drives great now and i am very happy that these guys stood up for their work and did the right thing... i will go back and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. read more

A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! I was a completely new customer. I did not have an appointment because my other plans got rained out and my dealership was too busy to take me. I needed a PA State & Emissions inspection which I dread because they can be a total ripoff at some places when they add things on and I just wanted to get it over with. I saw that this place had much better reviews on Yelp than many other shops in the area. Keystone Discount Tire took my 2008 Pontiac Torrent in for inspection while I waited and had some free coffee. I only had to get up once to look at some irregular outer front tire wear on my car when it was on the rack during inspection. I always appreciate it when the technician lets me look at the problem. It was nothing major. Easily correctable with an alignment sometime in the future. Bill was very friendly, knowledgable, and straightforward with his overall analysis of my car. My car was fully inspected and stickered in less than an hour without my bill being jacked up with add-ons. I recommend getting on their mailing list for their coupons!!!!!!!!!! read more
