New slotted EBC rotor and pad set bought by myself and installed at Keystone.

Can't say enough good things about this business. Been going here for over 10 years and will keep coming back. Family owned business and the owner-mechanic Deckard sets a high bar for quality of work and ethics. When dealers on Stevens Creek have issues with cars, new or used, they come here. That says a lot. The ability to troubleshoot the most difficult-mysterious issues is truly a high level skill and this garage can do it. Ethics wise, can't say enough. Only shop that will only do work that is required and needed and not "pad" the bill with items not needed. For example, if your air cleaner is still clean, they will tell you and not change it. Recently bought a set of aftermarket brake rotors-pads for our Toyota and brought them here to install with my regular service. Dropped at 9, ready by 1pm, and for waaaaayyyy less than the dealership. Have picture of new brakes attached to the review as well as picture of our Mercedes Benz that they service for us too.

My classic gets a lot of love here

Awful customer service, they were extremely rude over the phone and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

I bring all my cars here for regular maintenance like oil changes, brake fluids, differential fluid and coolant fluids maintenance, brake pad and rotor replacements. They've also handled bigger repairs such as an axle seal leak, valve cover gasket leak, and fixing warped rotors. Everything has always been done right the first time. What really sets this place apart is that Anthony does most of the work himself, and after the job is done, you hear directly from him about what was done and why. He's very polite and easy to talk to, and you never feel like you're being ripped off. The quality is as good as--or better than--the dealership, using original Toyota parts, but without dealership prices. No middleman, no customer service rep--just straight answers from the person actually working on your car. He also documents major repairs with before-and-after photos and will even check in a day or two later to make sure everything's driving well. Most importantly, they're honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I've never had an issue in the 10+ years I've been coming here. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, I highly recommend TLS Auto Service.

I told him I was there waiting, and he seemed surprised. Had I not been on-site to check the tire myself, I likely would have just agreed to his recommendation over the phone. He then told me the tire couldn't be repaired and needed replacement, claiming it had been driven flat due to faint sidewall marks and a "burnt" smell. I explained it was never driven flat--only a few blocks while low on air--and I didn't notice any unusual smell when he tried to demonstrate. I asked them to repair it anyway, but he refused. Another employee offered to open the tire to show the damage, but after inspecting it, he couldn't find any issues--the tire was still good. They eventually repaired it as requested. It's only been a few hours, but everything seems fine so far. I didn't appreciate being pushed to replace a tire that's less than a year old, especially since I drive under 7,000 miles a year working mostly from home. Sharing photos of all four tires, including a close-up , part of the sides are hard to see. Just be careful with people trying to get you to replace something that doesn't need to be.

Even though Vu was single handed and getting multiple phone calls, Vu was still very patient in discussing repair options. Dropped off my car around 9:30am and got a call back around 2:30pm saying repair was completed. Instead of having a couple of sensors replaced (~$300), Vu said he had found and replaced a rat chewed cable connector (~$60) that resolved check engine light. He charged me for cable connector and honest labor, and car is running fine again. I know where I will be taking my car for any future repairs.

I had a strange experience here…read more My 2018 Honda Accord started acting up, occasionally misfiring, so I brought the vehicle in. Because it was intermittent, and not occurring when the vehicle was at the shop, they said they couldn't find anything and gave it back to me. The next day, it started acting up again, but worse with warning lights lighting up all over the dashboard, so I brought the car back. This time they were able to determine that the number three cylinder had misfired, they removed the spark plug and coil and replaced them. The car seemed to be fine... for a day. And the same symptoms returned. I take the car back to the shop, a mechanic, who was talking to his girlfriend the whole time on the phone, was assigned to look at it. He's there for at least 25 minutes, trying to figure out what's wrong and continue a conversation with his lady friend. They determine that it's the number three cylinder again and they remove the spark plug and show it to me. And there is damage to the spark plug, evidence of corrosion. So they take a scope, look down into the engine and come back with the bad news... Broken head gasket. $3500 to replace. The owner of the shop recommended not to replace it because the engines were faulty to begin with on that particular model. My question is this: if a replacement spark plug was able to be corroded within a day, wasn't the original spark plug they took out on the number three cylinder also corroded? Why didn't they test for water leakage then? Seems to me they wanted to make $700 very quickly, even though they knew probably the whole time it was a head gasket issue. That's why I question the ethics of this place. And I will not take my new car there for repair.
