I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. Great service, quality work, and quick repairs. Sean (forgive me if I misremembered your name) was extremely transparent throughout the entire process of diagnosis and pricing. Went above and beyond for my vehicle. Highly recommend stopping by here for at the very least an inspection and quote, if not the entire repair. read more

It's been a month and this clown still has my car. I've called 5 different times and each time, his answer has been, " I'm waiting on a call from____ ". He can't give you a straight answer, on anything. New tires and a new transmission was the invoice. I can understand the labor, but an entire month, with ZERO info !? An AVERAGE mechanic would have the work done in 1-2 weeks. These clowns can't clean a window, without " waiting for a call from ______ " I'd recommend watching YouTube videos or Google how to fix your car, before going to these Jack asses... Don't sign his BS contract, allowing him to " drive your car on the freeway for diagnosis ". He lives in Modesto/Stockton and takes your car home with him.. This idiot is a fraud and a coward. Had to give 1 star, in order to submit. I wouldn't give this clown or his circus 1/2 a bagel.. You're the worst Dave !!! You should SELL cars you moron, not work on them.. read more

I took my Mercedes Benz class-C to Nasseri auto tech for electronic glitch and a noise in the transmission. It's always hard to find good, trusted mechanics. We luckily I found one. I needed his help with pre purchase inspection. He was able to move some appointments and accept me. Which is very appreciated. He specializes in German cars, and trust me knows what to do, he can point problems and make sure that your car will be maintained well. Every little thing is considered as important. He only uses high quality oil and parts. He is very straight forward with customer and consult when your car needs maintenance. If you need your car repaired or maintained go straight to him, you won't regret. Thank you so much. read more

My 2008 VW Passat is way overdue for a full service besides the regular oil change. There were serious known issues like oil housing leakage but I kept postponing it until this year I finally decided to fix them all. David did a very thorough inspection for the car and showed me in person where some of the issues are. When he heard that I have some backup oil in the trunk and sometimes would backfill the oil a little for emergency, he kindly checked my backup oil and shared the knowledge and suggestions for me to choose the right oil to my engine. After the inspection and oil change, he provided me a very detailed estimation for fixing all issues with breakdowns. Although the overall cost for the full fixes are high as expected, due to my car's condition, I'm confident with David's knowledge and his skills and decide to do the services with him. BTW, he actually offers 3-month no interest financing plan to help with the cash flow. When I dropped off the car for the full fixes, he once again explained to me what he's going to do and why those things need to be fixed and how long they will last. He's always patient and communicative, either in person, on phone or via email. My car is still working in progress right now but I'm looking forward to picking it up soon and enjoy a safer and smoother drive. read more

I have sent several messages about my car. I was overcharged and my car is still not fixed. I am so despondent that David has not responded to me. I saved that money for months to get my car fixed. I had the pleasure of getting a quote from them. David N., claiming to be the owner, quoted me $500 for a 45k miles service for my car. Even though Lexus' publically available service guide outlines a number of inspections and replacements, upon probing what the quoted $500 would go towards, I was told, and I am quoting: "Engine oil and filter inspection Engine Air filter and cabin filte Rotating $500" You claim to be certified but still don't know what's needed in a 45k service, and you quote inflated non-competitive prices. I gave you a number of chances and hints to give me an accurate quote but you don't seem interested in spending 30 seconds to glance through the detailed specs I have provided you with - even though it's your job to know these things. Huge fan of Nasseri Auto Tech. I have an old school Benz that he helped bring back to life. It needed a ton of work being over 30years old and having no updated anything. It was expensive, but the price for a classic car to be dialed in and running like a brand new car was absolutely worth it. Nasseri was very thorough and meticulous to ensure he paid attention to every detail. I am happy to say it runs like a beast. High recommend taking your car to Nasseri and his team! read more

1. unclear quote: quote did not include everything. When I confirmed, he had orally said yes but afterward he said NO. 2. overpriced parts and labor: higher than other shops as a result. He offered kind of flat rate type of quote and said this quote include everything. But as a result there were several missing items and all job was not done, especially difficult job was deleted as a result and he conclude it miss-communication 3. Poor communication: he did not reply to my question and confirmation of ordered item. No phone call when job done. For me, One of the worst auto tech experience ever. read more

I was considering to purchase a used Porsche. Used cars have many issues and it's a lot of evaluation in a limited time. David Nasseri personally inspected my vehicle, found many items I did not notice on my own. He also reassured me on some fixable problems that bothering me. I've been working with David for a couple years now. He and his team are the best mechanics I've ever worked with. They've worked with my crazy schedule to fit me in when I'm in emergency scenarios, they always provide very fair pricing and the best service imaginable. I'm fairly savvy with cars, worked on many myself, and I can vouch these guys are very honest. You can feel safe and secure that they won't try to inflate prices or create false problems. David is highly trained on all cars, and has an extensive training background from rigorous multi year long programs in Europe. I couldn't be happier with this service, I will continue to bring all my personal and business vehicles his way. Thanks guys! read more

Needed an oil change and inspection on my 2000 Porsche Boxster S that I just picked up. Reached out to multiple shops and Nasseri Autotech was the only one Porsche shop that responded. I spoke to David and he was able to fit me in the next day on a Saturday. Turns out the car needs some work after the inspection. David was extremely patient and thorough in explaining what the car needs. It's obvious that David has tons of experience with these cars and earned my trust quickly. Great price for the oil change and inspection being a first time customer. Looking forward to having this shop get my car in great shape. Might take a few trips but I trust I'm in good hands. Would definitely recommend this shop for the Porsche enthusiasts out there, especially if it's your first one like mine! read more

I originally brought my 2006 Mazda 3 here due to an issue with the transmission. I had taken it to a couple other places and they were either unable to assist or their prices were astronomically high. I found Nasseri Auto Tech on Yelp and gave them a call. David was able to get my car in right away and did a significant amount of diagnostic work "off the clock", so to speak. It ended up that my transmission essentially needed to be all but rebuilt. This was costly, of course, but it was a reasonable price. Much less expensive than I had anticipated given the amount of work involved. A year or so later when my car was having issues passing it's smog test (for no legitimate reason might I add), David came to the rescue again! Once more, he told me to stop by right away and had the issue fixed, the car smogged and the information submitted to the DMV, all in about an hour. Goes without saying that Nasseri Auto Tech is now my go to mechanic for any issues with my car. I'm grateful I have someone I can trust with the maintenance of my vehicle! I just sold my beloved car recently but I'll definitely be bringing my next vehicle back to David. read more

David is a knowledgeable guy who will takes his time showing you what parts your cars need, how they work, and why they should be replaced. He is also very responsive to my messages, too. Some friends I trust suggested I take my BMW 3 to Nasseri Auto Tech. My regular mechanic had given my car a thorough inspection at the last oil change and indicated the car needed nothing. So, when I reached my next service interval I figured why not see what Nasseri has to say. David met me at the door and had me pull into the bay and began to give me a guided tour of my car. I hadn't even gotten out of the car when he spots a problem. "Back up, come in again and brake hard when you stop," he told me. I did. I felt something weird in the brakes. "There! Did you feel that? Let me show you." We switched places and he repeated the hard stop and my tire stutter-stepped. "Lower swing arm bushing. It's worn out. Let's see what else we can find." He pops the hood and hops out. He takes me on a tour of my engine. He points out the various systems and clues about their health. He starts probing around the various fluids. One after another, the pH is wrong, this one is contaminated, this one is the wrong color, this one is too old. Wow, why hadn't this stuff been addressed? In the end he found a healthy list of maintenance that needed to be done and I was really pleased with the thorough explanation I got for each one. Here's the crazy thing. When I picked up the car, it was washed, vacuumed and the entire interior was treated with a preservative for the leather and dashboard. What? I know, right? What a great feeling it is to find a competent and customer service oriented mechanic. Oh, and it runs so good now. He's earned my business. read more
