I've been going to SVB for years, and this is the only shop I recommend. Cardo always takes real good care of me. The work is consistently top tier and done right. Customer service is just as strong. Clear communication, fair pricing, and no runaround. You feel taken care of the moment you walk in. If you want quality work and people who actually care, this is the place.

My 24+ year old BMW runs and drives absolutely perfectly thanks to Silicon Valley Bimmer! I am super happy to have all my repairs and maintenance performed by SVB. Some of the services I had done over the years with SVB: - Rod bearing replacement (preventive maintenance) - Blower resister replacement for HVAC system - Passenger seat recline issue - Windshield washer issue - Throttle position sensors - New coilover/suspension (OEM parts are NLA) - Numerous oil changes

These guys set my expectations sky high compared to local BMW shops! They were able to order all my parts from interior to exterior, installed everything in house w/ alignment.

The owners hella cool over there and it's super straightforward no BS,best shop to serve your BMW hands down, and they're BMW certified so it's basically better than the BMW dealership services, thank you again SV Bimmer, will def come back as a regular.

Quick repair of replacing my downstream O2 sensor. Work is reasonably fast, and good customer service at the front desk.

I bring all my cars here for regular maintenance like oil changes, brake fluids, differential fluid and coolant fluids maintenance, brake pad and rotor replacements. They've also handled bigger repairs such as an axle seal leak, valve cover gasket leak, and fixing warped rotors. Everything has always been done right the first time. What really sets this place apart is that Anthony does most of the work himself, and after the job is done, you hear directly from him about what was done and why. He's very polite and easy to talk to, and you never feel like you're being ripped off. The quality is as good as--or better than--the dealership, using original Toyota parts, but without dealership prices. No middleman, no customer service rep--just straight answers from the person actually working on your car. He also documents major repairs with before-and-after photos and will even check in a day or two later to make sure everything's driving well. Most importantly, they're honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I've never had an issue in the 10+ years I've been coming here. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, I highly recommend TLS Auto Service.

I had issues with my CRV and it started making a weird noise that was coming from the wheel well. I took it to two different mechanics. One said it was the brakes. So I paid to have it changed but the noise was still there. The next mechanic said it was an alignment issue so...I paid to have THAT done and the noise was still there. Finally, I heard from a close friend that he knew a guy that could fix it. Took it to Winston and he diagnosed it to be a wheel barring issue. If I didn't get it fixed soon, then it would have caused more damage. Winston fixed it for a good price and the noise went away. Now, I take all my cars and he gets it fixed and at a fair price.

Honest car repair shop is hard to find and I would highly recommend this auto shop…read more Had check engine light on and went to Chet's Auto Care for repairs. Even though Vu was single handed and getting multiple phone calls, Vu was still very patient in discussing repair options. Dropped off my car around 9:30am and got a call back around 2:30pm saying repair was completed. Instead of having a couple of sensors replaced (~$300), Vu said he had found and replaced a rat chewed cable connector (~$60) that resolved check engine light. He charged me for cable connector and honest labor, and car is running fine again. I know where I will be taking my car for any future repairs.

I had a strange experience here…read more My 2018 Honda Accord started acting up, occasionally misfiring, so I brought the vehicle in. Because it was intermittent, and not occurring when the vehicle was at the shop, they said they couldn't find anything and gave it back to me. The next day, it started acting up again, but worse with warning lights lighting up all over the dashboard, so I brought the car back. This time they were able to determine that the number three cylinder had misfired, they removed the spark plug and coil and replaced them. The car seemed to be fine... for a day. And the same symptoms returned. I take the car back to the shop, a mechanic, who was talking to his girlfriend the whole time on the phone, was assigned to look at it. He's there for at least 25 minutes, trying to figure out what's wrong and continue a conversation with his lady friend. They determine that it's the number three cylinder again and they remove the spark plug and show it to me. And there is damage to the spark plug, evidence of corrosion. So they take a scope, look down into the engine and come back with the bad news... Broken head gasket. $3500 to replace. The owner of the shop recommended not to replace it because the engines were faulty to begin with on that particular model. My question is this: if a replacement spark plug was able to be corroded within a day, wasn't the original spark plug they took out on the number three cylinder also corroded? Why didn't they test for water leakage then? Seems to me they wanted to make $700 very quickly, even though they knew probably the whole time it was a head gasket issue. That's why I question the ethics of this place. And I will not take my new car there for repair.
