They ran the carpeting up to the doorways, and then crudely cut the carpeting around the trim. Then, on two walls they stopped the carpeting about 1 to 2 inches from the wall. On other walls, they simply turned the carpeting up against the wall. We cannot imagine what the installer was thinking (or not). We have called the office, to which their reply is "We'll get back to you" and of course they don't. UPDATE: Okay, Wayne, Al's son came over, saw that the job hadn't been done properly. He said, and follow through on not leaving until it was fixed. They moved the furniture, re-oriented the carpet, and it now looks very good and is fit perfectly in the room.
