I was able to easily book my rental over the phone shortly before my move from another town. This is the fourth storage unit place I've used in between moves, and it's by far the nicest. My unit was an interior space, which I was a little unhappy about before actually seeing it. I had thought it might be difficult to move things in and out without drive-up access, but that wasn't a problem at all thanks to the large dollies they keep available by entrances. Plus, this interior unit has been completely free of bugs and dust! Billing reminders are sent out monthly and payments can be made online. When it was time for me to move out, I just gave them a quick call to let them know. Whenever I've stopped by the office or called the staff, including a weekend evening call when I couldn't get my gate code to work, they've been super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a really nice storage unit that is clean and safe with great staff, I highly recommend this place!

We rented for over two years and we were %100 never late not even once! We were one day late when we ran into unforeseen trouble, so I called and asked, what's the latest I could pay to not get into being foreclosed or added fees ? And I was told the wrong date so calling back to make the payment, as they told me to do, They said oh no that was yesterday. You're one day late so you're in foreclosure now and you owe all these fees! Mind you again, this is for one day late! I'm serious! I reminded them again. We have never been late. Of course who's word are they gonna take. So I tried getting in touch with the district manager "Tony" He called once and left his number, but never answered his phone again. So now we will end up paying BS CHARGES without even being able to state YOUR ONE DAY LATE case or see if they would even listen to you. I work for Alaska Airlines. I often get asked to recommend businesses, especially for people moving to new towns. From now on, I will recommend everyone else, but I'll tell them all to stay away from EXTRA SPACE storage units in every city we fly to. Not to mention the rest of every social media platform I can.
