where do I begin? the storage units are not very well taken…read morecare of. They're dirty and bugs in all the units. My lock was taken off of my unit illegally and replaced with someone else's. All of a sudden they didn't have video surveillance proving who did this. I have moved storage facilities since but the property owner was pretty uncooperative. Also sometimes you will get locked into the property and your code won't work to let you out when the office is closed. You have gate access until 9 pm 7 days a week. Sometimes the gate wont work. There is no emergency number to call when that happens. The property owner lives on site but won't help you. You can tell the owner about it but all you'll get is "sorry". Very unsympathetic and robot-like.
