Can't believe I had to annoy someone into doing their job, feigning care is straight worse than just not caring by the way. While I at least heard back the response was lackadaisical and lacking concern for this issue, imagine my complete lack of surprise there. People choose to spend their money at businesses for various reasons, I went here for quality products and even confirmed they had what I needed before driving there. While Sprouts is not my daily/weekly store I do go here a fair amount. So that response let me know they don't need my business or want my money and I'm ok with that.

Other location seem to have a wider selection, this store didn't have much. They didn't have 1792, which isn't allocated and others stores in the area carry it, Buffalo Trace, matter of fact any BT brand was absent. Penelope was another one that I didn't see. They have clearly taken Costco's dei policy to extreme. The employees I'm referring to are the ones operating the registers and pre scan. There are still a few individuals employed at the Memorial location, mostly working the desk, who are courteous and professional. The individuals I'm referring to clearly have a chips on their shoulders and have been empowered by their employer. As rude and unprofessional as they are, this person, Odalya L. Is by far the most pathetic employee we have dealt with. Probably the last six times we have went to that location, the cash rarely say hello, and they are outwardly frustrated if you don't have your membership card held up while they are still checking-out the person ahead of you... and never a thank you, not once. It you have to go to Costco, to say yourself some frustration, go to the north location. If you must go to the Memorial store, use the self checkout.
