Bank of America totally sucks. My mom has done all of her banking with them for years. Besides a…read morenumber of checking accounts and an auto loan she had a Bank of America credit card. One day she noticed some fraudulent activity and immediately reported it to Bank of America. Her phone is set up to automatically notify her immediately when purchases are made. She saw a fraudulent activity happening in real time and reported it to Bank of America. Even after she reported the Fraudulent activity someone still tried to use the account again at an Apple store after the account had been frozen. Yet Bank of America claims that when the fraudulent charges were made, "the chip was used" so they refused to honor the contractual agreement which should indemnify her if the fraud is reported in a reasonable amount of time. Bank of America claims they did an investigation but they did not. Even though my mom went through all the trouble to file a police report about the fraudulent activity, Bank of America did not investigate and instead only says that "the chip was used" so they're holding her responsible. The total amount of fraud was around $1500. I hope they enjoy that $1500 because my mom is closing all of her accounts and moving to TD Bank. She finds the people at TD Bank so much more friendly and the entire operation is so much nicer to deal with. Everything is so difficult with Bank of America. For example if you have a Bank of America service that you need to pay for with your checking or savings, such as a Bank of America auto loan or Bank of America credit card, it is so difficult and time-consuming to set it up for auto pay. At other banks it's just a few clicks. Do yourself a favor and choose any other bank then Bank of America. You will be much more satisfied.

Clearly a training opportunity to recognize when customers are waiting in line and the associate count in the branch outnumbers the customers (in store and drive through) by a factor of 3. One teller with a manager sucked up working with one customer who clearly had a more challenging issue, another associate behind the counter who was doing administrative tasks and would not break away to address customer wait time. Another flex team member sitting at a customer service desk who had no appointments. Several folks in the offices, only one with a customer. And no one seemed to care about customers waiting 15 minutes. Finally, one of the flex associates opened another station. Really, guys. You are a retail business and have to respond to customers. We are busy. We don't want to be in the branch, and are there because we have to be and can't do something online. When you have 8 associates around, break off and serve customers. Really, really disappointed.

After I spent 10 min with Mattias Aydin, as I'm walking out the door he made comments out loud to the next costumer (only costumer waiting) he said "FINALLY.. HALLELUYAH.. He just looked the other ways sitting on his chair. Like he could care less. All Because banker misled me and deceived me to believe a credit Card he was opening for me was 0% when actually it wasn't 0%. He refused to take accountability for his mistake . I went in the branch for the branch manager to take care of situation as per instructed by credit card escalation team. Branch manager had no idea of the situation aside from my complaint about business banker the day before to customer service. Branch Manager was very nonchalant , and unfazed. Like he could care less. He didn't seem to be aware or care what happens in his branch. He Wanted nothing to do with what was happening with me. Never offered to help with anything and instead delegated his responsibility to the same person that screwed Me over. Ultimately nothing could be done and now as a new business owner with a lot of start up costs and this huge amount about to be charged on my card I have to worry about this big interest rate now. I told the c banker he screwed me. I was so upset. I kept asking why did he do that, why did he show me the other cards when I only asked for 0% from the very beginning. How could he do something like that considering his profession. He couldn't answer instead he said he kept saying he read me all the cards and I saw them,(but he never shared that these cards hec went over all had an interest. Meanwhile his negligence of that important info led me to believe what he was sharing was only 0% apr credit cards. ). he has not taken accountability and understanding that he deceived me. He was negligent. Between banker and I at that point Voices were being raised. He started screaming at me. I started yelling back at him, the whole place could hear us and then he told me to "get the hell out of here. " Meanwhile the branch manager was sitting at next cubicle completely uninvolved like he couldn't be bothered. I went to him saying how as a branch manager how does he not do anything about this. And he wouldn't even look at me. He was just on his phone un fazed staring straight ahead the other direction As I left I told the business banker I will be suing him and he shouted at me saying go ahead, I don't care., yelling get out of here. I plan to close all my chase checking and credit cards and move banks. Disgusting

I guess Chase is trying to save money by hiring unqualified people and inconveniencing its customers. The teller couldn't even count out 20 bills.
