He just looked the other ways sitting on his chair. Like he could care less. All Because banker misled me and deceived me to believe a credit Card he was opening for me was 0% when actually it wasn't 0%. He refused to take accountability for his mistake . I went in the branch for the branch manager to take care of situation as per instructed by credit card escalation team.
