FYT offered hot yoga classes so I came and knew it would be my go to place. I get the studio unlimited membership each month and it is a great deal. I get to do all classes they offer, which includes hot Pilates, barre, HIIT classes, etc. They have classes day and night and the place is always super clean. I drive from big pine to go here almost every day. It's worth it. About once a month they throw events where it's free and welcome to the community. They usually host it at a hotel and they are very well put together and fun. If you're looking for a gym or a hot yoga studio this is the place. The Pilates classes are mat classes and they're really good (hard to get into though you have to sign up way in advance). All of the workout instructors are great and bring the energy.

Sea Camp! I'm not sure I can put into words how happy I am…read morethat both of my children got to experience Sea Camp this summer. (My Daughter is 15 and Son is 13). They came home absolutely bursting with stories. So many that I'm pretty sure I heard "Mom, you will never believe what we did!" at least 100 times. They talked about the people they met, the specifics of sailing, snorkeling, biology and a million other things. We hope we can make Sea Camp part of our summer plans in the coming years because both kids have made it very clear that they absolutely, positively want to go back next summer! Fun! As a mom, one of my favorite things was seeing how much this experience sparked their curiosity. They came home with a new appreciation for the ocean and the Florida Keys, but also with memories, friendships, and stories that I know they'll be talking about for a long time. We live in Massachusetts, so this adventure took some planning and commitment. Sea Camp thinks of everything and is wonderful to work with. So if you are reading this, don't let the distance keep you away from this experience if you can... You kids will love it! It was worth every ounce of planning! Thank you to everyone at Sea Camp for giving my kids such an incredible week. We are truly grateful. Sj, H and A
