A very clean facility and located on a corner where you can have easy access in an out. I like how you don't have to get out of the car to get the test done and the service technician was very polite and pleasant. I thought the value for the test was very reasonable at 20 dollars. And depending on peak and non peak hours you can get in and out pretty quick. Actually a very pleasant experience.

After paying for the stickers online a few days afterwards and not having receiving them in the mail two weeks later, I checked the Georgia Drives website and it indicates "No current, usable emissions check found". I contacted the business directly and they would do nothing to resolve the issue other than telling that I had to take care of it myself. Now I have just 13 days to get this resolved before my tags expire. Fortunately I have a hard copy of the results. Very disappointing as I never had any issues at the emissions test facility in Woodstock where I used to have my emissions tested prior to moving. An offer to simply redo the same test for free would so the results are sent to the government system would have resolved this issue. We will not be using this business for emissions testing in the future and based on this experience I cannot recommend them unless you want to take time out of your workday for a trip to the tax commissioner's office.

The whole process was explained as well as different prices for different oil type, etc. Employees worked well together and communication was excellent. I've been calling for the past 3 days to try to get an estimate on when my car would be done. I knew that the work I wanted done would take time, which I was fine with, but I wanted to know how long I could expect to be without a car for. The past 2 mornings I called, they told me my car was in the bay and would be done soon. Today, I drove by the shop and my car was parked in the exact place I left it Tuesday. I called again, and was told that my car was in a bay being worked on. When I told him I had just driven by and seen that it was not, he said there "was another car out back" of the same make, model, and color of my car that he and another employee had both apparently "mistaken for mine" on what was now 4 seperate occasions. I just don't appreciate being lied to nor do I understand what the point of making an appointment is if it takes a week from my appointment time to even get my car looked at.
