If you're having a problem with a check engine light he'll consult with you about what is most likely causing your car to fail the emissions test. He is very accommodating and really cares about your car passing the GA emissions test. If you have a check engine light on don't wait until the last minute. Take your car to Alex a couple of months before your car's next registration is due. You'll be glad you did. The young man who I've never seen there before finally came out, moved the cone, motioned me to drive forward. as I was driving forward, I looked down at my odometer , and then I hear him scream something about " "f" ing directions". So, I look up and he's pointing to the right. I pull to the right. He comes up to the vehicle and I ask him; did he say something to me. He ignored me the first time so, I asked again because I know what I heard... and he said, "be quiet. I'm trying to read your vin number." Hmmmm? Wait a minute.... No good afternoon? no hi ? just a deliberate and intentional rudeness, with a tone of hostility. At that moment, I felt a bit uncomfortable. I replied, "Excuse me, I know you said something to me about directions, and now that you have just smart-mouthed me about the Vin number while I was trying to speak with you, I think I will go somewhere else ." I felt an immediate threat to my safety being a single, 60+ year old, female. If I stayed I felt at this point he was so angry about something that my safety was in danger, or he would do something to damage my vehicle. As I pulled forward, he screamed at me to "get out and don't ever come back" . I said, " no problem man", and I continued pulling forward. He gave me his middle finger. I said " f*** y** too." Then drove out of the driveway. The only way out was to drive around and pass the front entrance. The attendant runs from the back to the front and flips out on me... f'ing me., screaming " don't ever come back and calling me all kinds of rude and obscene adjectives. This went on for a while. I had my phone out to call the police in the event he had gotten any closer while I was trying to leave the premises calmly. ( he could have just stayed in his little office or even in the garage area, but he chose to chase me. And, this is even more evidence of his aggression and hostility towards me.) I hope that the owners get a copy of this, Because if you don't get rid of this guy , you're going to lose all your customers. I have lived in this community for 25+ years and I am a prominent citizen in the area. Now I am on a campaign to shut his foul mouth. It is unfortunate that your business will suffer for him. Sadly, he is telling your loyal customers to "never come back" , without any cause or provocation. He was a very angry young man from the moment he came out of the office area. It is disappointing that you hired such a customer service failure as he was disrespectful, unprofessional , unhelpful, verbally obscene, hostile and aggressive, to represent your business of service. No sign, rope, traffic cone, anything indicating this was anything but a parking space. A woman, dressed in Christmas leggings shouts at me, " what year is your car?". I asked why she wanted to know that . Well, this is my business. I rent this parking space. On and on. Ok Now I have my 98- year old mother in law with me and she's getting confused and anxious and standing in the parking lot. I have to raise my voice to tell her I need to move the car ( she's very hard of hearing). Now the girl is shouting insults at me. Before driving away, I pulled over and googled what size my car needed. Then I looked at my receipt. He installed the wrong size. I went back inside & Gary said he's out of the correct size. I told him I want a refund because substituting the wrong size should be MY choice, not his. He took off the new blades, put my old ones back on & gave me a refund. A week later my credit card statement showed Gary only gave me credit for one blade! They owe me another $27.99. I went in person this morning & Gary said he can't pull up the order in the computer to issue my refund. He said his "area manager" would call me about issuing my credit. I haven't heard from anyone. I've disputed it on my credit card. Very shady way of doing business. Would not recommend.
