Before driving away, I pulled over and googled what size my car needed. Then I looked at my receipt. He installed the wrong size. I went back inside & Gary said he's out of the correct size. I told him I want a refund because substituting the wrong size should be MY choice, not his. He took off the new blades, put my old ones back on & gave me a refund. A week later my credit card statement showed Gary only gave me credit for one blade! They owe me another $27.99. I went in person this morning & Gary said he can't pull up the order in the computer to issue my refund. He said his "area manager" would call me about issuing my credit. I haven't heard from anyone. I've disputed it on my credit card. Very shady way of doing business. Would not recommend.
