The prices are unbeatable and the staff is so fun. It's a relaxing environment and well equipped. I got a wash, blow dry, and flat iron and it was excellent! I highly recommend this business and be sure to ask for Sue!

I came for a blowout, and right off the bat, it was evident that the trainee was not experienced with blowouts on long hair. However, I had no issues with the trainee itself. The trainer would come here and there to give some pointers, but after the wash and comb through, the trainee spent several minutes on one small section of hair while we were almost an hour into the appointment. While the trainer was there, I politely asked if it would be possible to complete the blowout in 30 minutes, as I had to be somewhere. This was on me because I have longer-than-average hair, and I should have double-checked while making the appointment. I was told that it would take about an hour when I made the appointment. The trainer got super defensive and stated that I was asking for too much, and this would technically be an $80+ blow out (my blowouts at traditional salons have never been $80+). I was surprised as to why he was so offended when I only politely asked and even offered to come back at a later time, as they close at 3 pm. Nonetheless, my event was postponed, and I was able to stay for longer, but the trainer ended up doing the blowout while the student watched. What I don't understand is why the students are made to do the service independently when they do not have much experience. The trainee was very sweet, and I understand that they were trying their best. It was overall a strange experience, and I don't think I will go back again. The results were just okay, and the curls did not last through the day.

I had two vehicles that needed windshield glass replacement and both vehicles have advanced driver safety features as well as full-self-driving beta which requires the vehicles be calibrated after a windshield replacement. This used to mean that the car would have to sit all day at the Safelite location until they got around to working on it and then at about 15 minutes before closing time they would call and say the vehicle is ready. Now with Turning Point Glassworks, their skilled technician comes to my home or work with their mobile calibration system, replaces the glass, and calibrates the camera all in the span of about 45 minutes! They are very communicative sending text messages and telephone calls to keep you up to date on the progress of your replacement (including the ordering and scheduling process) and Calindra is always friendly and cheerful. All in all the easiest, smoothest, and least complicated/disruptive glass repairs I have had to date. I am using them again on my wife's 2024 Tesla and even though I despise Safelite, I am grateful that their terrible service introduced me to Turning Point Glassworks. I highly recommend Turning Point Glassworks for your windshield repair/replacement needs, especially if you have advanced driver safety features in your vehicle. The at home service is "chef's kiss" amazing!

The first thing that stands out is the massive, beautifully maintained outdoor seating area. It's covered, pet-friendly, and thoughtfully designed with fireplaces and privacy walls that give each table a more intimate feel. There's even an outdoor bar where you can grab a drink while you wait or just enjoy the atmosphere. Inside, the décor is incredibly creative. Butcher knives and custom cutting boards line the walls, and the open kitchen showcases hanging meats so you can see everything in action. The bakery area adds another layer of charm, with rolling pins and whisks hanging from the ceiling, it all feels intentional and immersive without being over the top. The menu is just as fun and different as the space itself. I started with the Sicilian wedge and then had to go for what they're known for, the handcrafted meatballs. You can mix and match meatballs with different pastas, but the real showstopper is the "meatball carousel." It lets you sample multiple meatballs with their recommended sauces, all presented on an elaborate Ferris wheel-style display that turns heads across the restaurant. It's a full experience, not just a meal. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. What truly made the night, though, was our server, Mia. She struck that perfect balance of fun and professional, engaging, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. She guided us through the menu, made great recommendations, and brought a level of energy that elevated the entire experience. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. For dessert, we went with the traditional Sicilian cannoli stuffed with Nutella and a lemon tart that was so good I'd honestly consider flying back just to have it again. This place delivers on every level, atmosphere, creativity, food, and service. I'll absolutely be making this a regular stop anytime I'm in Phoenix.

We enjoyed our full experience. Easily made reservations via Open Table (a must with a two month old baby!). We ordered the meatball Ferris wheel as an appetizer. It was so unique and fun! Although the classic meatball ended up being my favorite. I got the chicken parm and it was delicious. I love their red sauce! The only thing I was bummed about is that I love their marinara so much that I wanted to get the rigatoni with marinara as my side. However, they don't allow you to sub the sauce. It came with vodka sauce and I'm not a fan of that, so I opted for the side salad. Wish they'd allow you to sub the sauce. After dinner, we went next door to the Sicilian Baker and ordered an array of treats. Their tiramisu is a must! I've had it twice now and it's some of the best tiramisu I've had (topping even slices I've had in Rome!). The girls helping us were Riley and Tatum and they were very helpful. Even gave us some free mini cannolis. Yum!
