I understand when you cancel an appointment and its less then 24 hours they have to charge you. Some people cancel appointments many times . But when someone is sick with proof they shouldn't charge for the appointment. My husband was tested positive for Covid and canceled his appointment for the first time and had a positive covid test. They charged him $35. On that note do not go to this Physical Therapy place because they don't care about the well being of their patients. They wanted him to come in anyways..... with Covid.... Not good. It's all about money, not patient care.Terrible customer service. I will spread the not to go to Carefree Physical Therapy. read more

I used a therapist here years ago for my hip replacement therapy. The gentleman was great. However, my husband recently went there for PT and was greeted by a very unfriendly and disengaged receptionist that argued with him about who is medical coverage was with. My husband had explained it all when he called for the appointment but she had written it all down wrong and got it totally mixed up. The thing is, why would you argue with a customer/patient about who their coverage is? It is a very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. There is no reason to go here where there are plenty of nice, competent people around to do your PT. read more

Wonderful service here at CPT! Nathan Miller is my therapist and provides excellent care. I have damage to my shoulder and with Nathan's help I will be avoiding surgery. Nathan takes great care to make sure I am progressing without pain. He is very attentive during our sessions and is focused on each exercise and movement. (I've had PT in the past when the therapist just gave me a list of exercises to do and said I'll check in on you later and walks away. All things I could simply do at home.) Nathan also takes time to manipulate my shoulder at the end of each session and is increasing my range of motion without pain. And he's given me exercises to do at home between sessions that he changes as I make progress. The front desk staff has always been pleasant and professional. I highly recommend CPT and Nathan Miller! As a side note I do see other patients and therapists at the facility and all are just as attentive as Nathan if somewhat more chatty. All seem very nice. And every wears a mask and is social distancing. read more

I have had both knees replaced with complications with both surgeries. The office staff was professional and worked with my situation to schedule appointments. My therapist,s name was Fadi and I can begin to explain what an amazing professional job he did in my long road of rehabilitation. I cannot recommend him high enough. This was the easiest medical office I've ever worked with. The staff was super friendly and the medical team was top notch. I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and then work that went into my care made me feel like my success mattered. Most of all, the results exceeded my expectations. Beware! After two months of often painful treatment on my right shoulder replacement, with limited improvement, I turned to a different therapy company. Within a few sessions the new therapist recommended I see my surgeon, Dr. Kaper. An X-ray showed that my rotator cuff had been torn! As a consequence I had to undergo a second surgery and now have a reverse shoulder replacement. read more

I am surprised at the previous review. My experience with them has been nothing but positive. I have had many sessions with the group. Both for a replaced shoulder and extensive work on my hand. The therapy I received substantally shortened my recovery time. The therapist was knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. My sessions were on time and they were quite forgiving when I missed a session. My experience with this practice was horrible. After hip replacement surgery, I contacted Carefree Physical Therapy and asked if they were in network with Cigna. (Because there is no deductible as long as the provider is in network). I was assured they were in-network, so used them for my post-op PT. They collected my co-pay every week. Six months later, I started receiving large bills because they are NOT in network and there is a large deductible for out-of-network providers. My insurance did not pay a dime. Carefree Physical Therapy takes no responsibility for lying to me to get the business. read more
