They're criminals and if you allow them to work for you please have someone who knows about hvac systems present to ensure they do the work properly. I had another professional company come out and give me a complete diagnosis and they documented how Hutto messed up my system. I called Williford Air, and after some explaining of the situation and giving Mr. Williford some specs on the unit, he said he could come out the next day and fix it,....and his price was 1/3 LESS than our regular HVAC company. Mr. Williford delivered on his promise and fixed the AC unit. -- We asked if his company performed annual maintence programs, as we would've been happy to switch to Williford for that service. He said that they currently don't offer that service, but are considering it in the future. Next time we need either an AC repair or a new AC unit altogether, we will be certain to get a consultation from Mr. Williford!
