I explained to the lady exactly what I wanted on my uniform suit jacket and even left her my old suit jacket for reference. I just wanted her to sow on patches on a new suit jacket for me. Paid extra for rush service and came out to be super over priced. When I came to pick up my jacket it was definitely not what I wanted which I tried to explain to her. This is where the lady's attitude went over the top, she refused to listen and proceeded to tell me about how experienced she was on these uniforms. She showed me her work on MALE Navy uniforms that were NO WHERE near the uniform I had brought in. Again, saying she wasn't wrong and that I was incorrect. And even then, if I wanted my patch upside down, it is still MY uniform and I wanted it a certain way which I explained to her when I dropped it off and again left a reference for her to look at.
