    Chicken cheese steak
    Ed G.

The food here was way better than any brewery has a right to have! I had the chicken cheese steak and it was amazing but my issue comes from calling it a cheese steak. It simply has too many not traditional toppings. Amazing guacamole sauce, roasted red peppers, red onions, and chicken makes it not a traditional cheese steak but still a very very good sandwich. Vegetarian options included tacos and flatbreads but the veggie tacos were phenomenal! Who would've thought there'd be a better vegetarian option at a brewery than some traditional restaurants? The flat breads were good. Using a variety of cheeses instead of a generic mozzarella and no red sauce. Their brews were what we came for but loved everything else. We had the mango beer and udder milk stout. The mango came through hitting the spot without being too sour while the stout chocolate flavor was right on. It's really rare to get that chocolate right without it being disgusting.

I went to the Charm City Night Market and Dooby's was selling a beer from Key Brewing created for the event. The Charm City Night Market Gose was amazing. So good in fact, I went to the brewery itself the next day just to check it out and to see if they had any more in stock. They did & I got a whole 24 can case... because why not? The brewery itself is a cute little place that is tucked away behind many industrial facilities and past some train tracks. You will, undoubtedly, question if you are in the right place and whether the gps has led you the wrong way, yet again. BUT HAVE NO FEAR, Key Brewing is there-- right before a dead end, you'll see the large logo on the side and a parking lot in the back. There is a standard bar setup-- lots of indoor and outdoor seating, tvs to watch a game/show, and in the back is a gameroom with pool and other arcade fun. Maryland paraphernalia and pride is upfront and unapologetically so. & if you're lucky, one of the rotating food trucks will be ready to serve you something delicious.

Got to give a big shout out to Key Brewing for supporting the fundraiser Bourbon and Bowties and QG community charities for the last 5 years. Love speed wobble and the all day lager that they donated this year. Earl, Ray and their master brewer do an amazing job serving the patrons of the event! There Dundalk location has great parking and live music. You can find their beer at most liquor stores locally. Give the local boys a try next time

Had another great time at the taproom! Tried some new beers on a flight. And some old ones in pints. Can't go wrong here with Dundalk calling, speed wobbles, or bail money. Followed COVID guidelines. Added an outdoor stage, would love to come back and see live music. Will continue to frequent.

We have been loving Key Brewing from the beginning. Then we would meet friends at Key Brewing before bowling. Now we are participating at events with Key Brewing. Everyone there are super friendly & down to earth. Keep up the great beer brewing with balance. Thanks for being part of the community. See you guys soon...

1st off, use Waze to get there. Both Apple & Google maps got me lost. Really awesome brewery. Great vibe, feels like community. Fantastic service. Lots of stuff to do...pool tables, games and the like. The star of the show though, as it should be - is the beer. Really tasty stuff, and a nice variety of styles. You can get there flagship beers in the taproom year round, and they always have several seasonals on as well. They do flights, growler fills, and beer to go.They usually have a food truck scheduled. Check social media for that. I will definitely be a regular at Key! Drink local!

It's a working brewery first and a tasting room second, so it's location is strange but charming. We have been many times and have always felt welcomed. The beer tenders are knowledgeable. The beer is always good, I think their IPAs are best. Bring the kids and enjoy the game room.

I can't believe this place only has three reviews. The location is tucked away by the taproom is a good size with a good selection of beer. I ordered a "Steal Your Peach" and it was refreshing with clear notes of peach. It had a little bit of hop to it but it was nothing overwhelming. My date got the Nitro stout that was also good. It had some Smokey notes to it and would be great on a cold winter day. For those that want a break from Baltimore, the taproom is only a few miles away and probably isn't plagued with the huge crowds at Union or other taprooms. Plus this is open on Sunday's from 12 - 5 with a couple of big TVs and good service.

He walked across the bar, mossied up to me, greated me and sat in my lap. He languished there for a good five minutes until he got bored and went about whatever cat business he had on the agenda. The venue is mid sized. There is an L shaped bar with plenty of seating. There are inside tables and a few seats outside in the front. The music was a mix of hip hop and more recent r&b, but I would imagine that changes depending on the crowd. I could drink here all day, and almost did, but there were more breweries in "Ballamore" I wanted to explore. The BEER: The Doctor Says I'm Hazy NEIPA 6.5% ABV... Parking was a little difficult because there is street parking but I managed to find a spot. Before venturing to the tables of the popup vendors, I decided to check out the inside of the brewery. There was a pretty good amount of seating and space inside. It seemed very welcoming to families and pets as I saw quite of few of them with small children and their dogs. I didn't plan on purchasing a beverage because I'm not a big beer drinker and if I do partake, it's usually sours. They did have one sour on tap but it was only 3.8% abv and the description didn't really sound like anything that I would enjoy. I saw that they had 2 types of frozen drinks with house made spirits. I opted for the orange crush slushy. It was not only delicious but I felt a nice buzz (I believe they said it was 6% abv). It's a cool place that I would definitely recommend to my friends that enjoy beer.

Our party grabbed a high top table, but that was tricky with our littlest, so we went outside to the patio. While in the winter they have some space heaters to make it more pleasant, they only cover a small amount of the patio. We were far from the only folks with kiddos (a lot of babies and toddlers around), which is why I was surprised I didn't see any high chairs or booster seats. Just be aware if you bring littles. I imagine the patio is probably a lot better in the warmer months, but be aware that there's not much indoor space in colder weather. The pizza was probably the best part of the visit. Their "plain" cheese, the "Formaggio" is a 5-cheese blend that we enjoyed, especially Child #1 and Child #3. We also enjoyed our pepperoni pizza (sorry, Child #2, no olives as a topping). My wife got the chicken tenders for Child #3 and they both shared it - said it was solid. My friends got the pretzels with their Jersey Pizza and the one piece I had was good - sweet and salty glaze; I just wish there were more to eat. The beers were okay. My wife and I are fond of sours, so we got the Peach Cobbler Sour and the Black Shadows wild ale. My wife commented how the peach cobbler sour was surprisingly bitter. The Black Shadows was quite funky. It's not for everyone but if you like wild/sour/funky beers, it's worth a try. Overall not bad.

The old church and architecture is so warm and inviting-- it was still decorated and lit for Christmas so it felt extra festive. It WAS weird to see the brew tanks at the front of the old church, where the altar would have been. But it also places the beer on the altar of our Friday night so I was OK with that. I had an American Pale Ale, the husband had a Kolsch. My beer was exceptional and delicious. My husband said the kolsch was OK. They also have a cute space with books and board games! We will be back, perhaps in warmer weather to wait out the food truck and have more beer. Also, we were there for happy hour so our beers were $5! Thank you to all of the kind people at The Ministry of Brewing! We will be back.
