*Prestige carwash Dartmouth…read more I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Prestige Car Wash today. My boyfriend recently signed up for a car wash membership for his truck. He was given the other materials associated with the membership, but for whatever reason, the membership sticker was never placed on the truck. That was not his fault, as the employee who signed him up apparently failed to provide or install it. We had the membership pulled up on his phone, including the license plate information showing that the truck was enrolled. Despite having proof of an active membership, the employee was rude and inconsiderate and refused to allow us through the car wash. Instead, he made us reverse out of the car wash, which was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. I also asked for a phone number or contact information for upper management so that I could address the situation, but the employee refused to provide it. After spending 2 months worth of service about $100.00 on this membership, I expected much better customer service. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will be canceling the membership. I would not recommend Prestige Car Wash based on the way this issue was handled.
