The headlights on my 2007 Infiniti M45 were in need of restoration. I called a got an estimate which was reasonable, and scheduled a time. I let him know that I had restored them myself a while back, and there would be an extra layer to cut through, but he said he was up for it. Kent came out on time and started work without much fanfare. I just left him to it. About an hour or so later, he called me and let me know he was finished. I came out and was amazed. Beautiful. I can't say they were good as new, as that would be a tired understatement. They look just like they did in the car brochure. The images don't do them real justice as it was late afternoon, and the lighting was low. That next morning driving to work at 5am, I could tell there as a big difference! I could distinctly see the notch, and sharp cutoffs between the left and right headlights; beforehand it was just mush. That afternoon after work, they really stood out. The clarity is exceptional, I could see everything in the housing as I should be able to. His services are well worth the cost. Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
