My wife and I were rushed to buy a home shortly before our lease expired. It was very stressful to say the least. I called Dan, who is a friend from graduate school. He found several properties before we decided to make a bid on a home in Platte Park. We agreed to buy the home shortly after it appraised for over $35k more than the selling price, which made us very confident in Dan's ability to spot a great deal. Soon after, there were several setbacks and delays on the seller's end that caused a massive headache. Dan was diligent, to say the least, at making sure the home closed on time. Sure enough, he pulled through and we have since been very happy in our new home. We could not be happier with the service we received from Total Realty Advisors.

After doing a little research, I found that I wanted to go through the 'Colorado First Time Homebuyers' program and came across Daniels page. Within 24 hours he had a few places all lined up and was ready to set up times to do some showings. He was very flexible and was always willing to work with my schedule on when we could meet to look at these places. After a month or so of looking I finally found the perfect condo (credit to Daniel of course) set up a time to look at the place and fell in love! Daniel took into consideration everything that I was looking for in a place and was able to succeed in finding what matched my preferences and budget. Along side that, signing all the documents he needed was so easy since it could be electronically signed from his website. He would just send me an email explaining the documents and it was just one click away and the document was signed and sent straight to him - perfect idea for clients with busy schedules, like me! I HIGHLY recommend going through Daniel at Keller Williams!

He provided a lot of hand holding which I appreciated since l had not sold and bought a home in many years. The mortgage company he suggested was quickly able to provide an approval letter. The loan process went very smoothly.

We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market. It takes deep market knowledge and years of learned skills to execute at that level. I truly don't believe we would have had the success that we did without the Verleger Group. They certainly know Golden and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend them, and we can't speak highly enough about their dedication to Excellence in the Real Estate field. My daughter will be moving on from Mines in 4 more years, this group is who I'll be calling to sell!
