Erica put our minds at ease immediately during our initial meeting. She answered all our questions, knew exactly how to list the home to maximize offers, and navigated the whole selling process with top notch skill and professionalism. What we had thought would be a stressful process turned into an exciting and positive one. Also, Erica recently gathered comp data which we used to appeal our home valuation. She confirmed the county assessors set our taxable value way too high which would have lead to us having to pay unfairly high property taxes. We sought out Erica due to her excellent reviews and reputation in the market. This set the bar high, yet Erica and her team have continued to exceeded our expectations at every turn. Highly recommend!

We searched on line for a year in Arizona to find a home and Erica did numerous video walk throughs with us as we were still in Colorado. Since Erica lives and works in both Colorado and Arizona, it made the process easier, one person who knew what we had in Colorado and understood our needs in Arizona. We hadn't bought or sold a home for over 20 years so the process wasn't something we were comfortable with. Erica is very knowledgeable about the market, the process, and is a great communicator. Anytime we had questions, she was got back with us the same day. Erica had a team of people in both Colorado and Arizona that also worked with us and they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and good at communicating. We can't imagine working with anyone else should we want to move again.

She helped us find a home in a neighborhood we now love, and she's become a genuine friend and neighbor to us. That kind of care and follow-through is rare in this business. Not only that, she protected future buyers from the same fate. Thank you Julie, you are amazing! We were the backup buyers on a house after the first buyer fell out due to their inspection. Julie asked why it failed the inspection, but the sellers were vague in their response. We decided to move forward anyway because we loved the house so much, but Julie insisted we get a structural report in addition to the standard inspection. Sure enough, it revealed significant structural issues, so we backed out. We were out over $1,000 in inspection costs, but Julie's intuition saved us from a much bigger problem down the road. In Colorado, sellers are legally obligated to disclose known structural problems. Julie did the right thing to inform the seller's agent, and to hold the sellers accountable so that future buyers didn't end up in the same situation we did. Unfortunately, not everyone in this business is as honest and hind-hearted as Julie is.

Cons: -None, seriously. My wife and I were looking to move to Colorado from out of state and understandably nervous. I called Hallie (based on her reviews), and was greeted by a super happy person. A great sign! By the time I got off the phone with her, we had potential appointments in mind even though she knew we hadn't booked flights to CO yet. Hallie let us pick which properties we wanted to visit online first, which we then visited in person. She gave her honest opinion about each while making sure not to force her preferences on us. One trait about Hallie that I appreciate is her ability to parse my wife's preferences vs my own, and help us identify which features of the home would be more important to each of us. Anyway, Hallie is great. We strongly believe we couldn't have had such a smooth move without her professional guidance!!! Highly recommended!
