Both flavors were incredible: super creamy and rich. My friend got chocolate almond fudge, and that was just as good. We also grabbed some baked treats to go (brownie, whoopie pie, and muffins), and everything tasted amazing. Other than sweet treats, they also have coffees and teas on their menu, and a bunch of different dairy products. It feels cozy, local, and authentic - like everything is fresh or straight from the farm. It's actually part of a long-standing local farm operation, which makes the experience feel even more genuine. I also loved that they support other local businesses and sell products from them, it adds to that community feel. Overall, this place is more than just an ice cream stop, it's a whole experience. The tour was neat and included history about alpacas and their origins (Andes Mountains) in Peru...and facts about how to care for them sheering and more! You're able to feed the alpacas and just so you aware there are specific rules you must follow for your safety and generally alpacas are not huggable animals. The goats were super friendly and my son who is almost 7 loved petting and feeding them. Overall, the tour was super informative and interesting and the shop afterwards is super cute and has a variety of options for you to purchase produces from alpaca sheeting or just memories from the trip. However they seem to be known more an more for every year their sunflower fields! With thousands covering the area, so many people stop to take photos and admire these beautiful flowers. I go back each year and it never disappoints! Located on the corner of Clover st and Calkins rd. The sunflower field is across the st from the farm, well you can't miss it!
