We reached out to several companies for quotes and while everyone was professional and knowledgeable, Tom stood out with his attitude and clear experience; he even noticed a few things that others had missed. The quote was reasonable, not the most expensive and not the least expensive, but solid. Tom helped us design the plan of action, including removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk in shower, and shortly thereafter the work began. What can I say other than "Wow". Tom, Jose and the whole crew were absolutely fantastic. Whether it was Ruben whose work ethic would put anyone to shame, or the beautiful work that Ronald did on the tiling, the end result (just shy of 2 weeks later) was better than we could have hoped for. The cheapest bid I got elsewhere was $25,000 from the big roofing companies. Luke (Hannah Construction Owner) laughed when he heard that. He put mine on for $7,500. This year we had new gutters and covers put on. Also way less than competitive bids. They replaced an old pseudo french door with an actual French Door. Way less then a bid I got 8 years ago. The last project they did and the most beautiful is my new deck. Hannah construction put in a composite deck for less than what Long Fence wanted for wood. Jorge the Carpenter was a true craftsman. He was a joy to watch work. All Hannah employees are friendly, professional and have amazing skill. I would reccomend them to anyone.
