I take a medication that has " floppy irises" as a side effect. He was able to adapt his procedure to account for that, and it went very well. He quickly assessed the issues and said "Would you like me to take care of that now?" Not "call my front desk to schedule another appointment" but "now"! I was beyond happy to say "yes!".
