I love shopping with the brand online, and was super excited to find out they opened a store at the mall. I had never shopped with them in person before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but was thrilled that their service was SO good. Even though I normally buy online, I'll definitely be stopping by in person because the sales associates were so nice. I had actually bought something online, and accidentally missed the return period because it just slipped my mind, but the girl working was really kind and helpful (thank you Sophia!), and offered me store credit or an exchange (I checked their sign, and it's 14 days for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange or store credit which seems reasonable). She took the time to show me a ton of other options and asked me about my preferences and upcoming events. We ended up finding a really cute cardigan that would layer well with other things I already own, and the entire process was really easy and pleasant.
