I called in the evening, and he was able to come out the very next day while I was at work and take care of everything. I will definitely recommend Friendly Locksmith and will use them again if we ever need locksmith service in the future.

I was referred by another locksmith who was not available and I'm so glad, because for once a…read morecompany actually lived up to its name. He was so kind and genuinely cared about my situation; my car was broken into, stolen, then abandoned nearby. No broken windows either. They did it electronically, reprogramming my key fob in the process, and punching my lock in so I couldn't bypass it with my key. Apparently they're showing people how to do it on social media especially (the American-owned) TikTok and they won't take the videos down. They left all of my windows down and I couldn't turn on my car to put them back up again. I called around told my story and everytime I was quoted outrageous pricing after telling them what happened, which car I drove, and of course being a woman. It's really disgusting how some men treat women when it comes to cars & if they think you're desperate for help; they were trying to charge me car note prices to reprogram a simple car fob. Smh. But not Friendly Locksmith! It was affordable and fair. Roy came same day and ASAP after calling him & he reprogrammed my fob in about 10 minutes. I was able to put my windows back up and park my car back in my car port instead of on the street after having my car towed. He also helped me take my battery out of the car, because they like to repeatedly steal cars if it's easy for them (they'll have to tow it away or bring a battery with them next time ). Thank you again, Roy, for being so reasonably priced and truly a Friendly Locksmith in my time of need. I'm referring everyone I know to you!

I called this company to unlock my car after locking my keys inside. The technician used an air…read morewedge and a metal rod to reach through the slit and grab set of keys (mind you there were like 6 keys). After the job my passenger side door no longer closed tightly and there was a visible gap. I asked the technician to pour some water on that area to check the seal, and water leaked inside the car. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the company became defensive and said things like "Why test it? Because you knew it was wrong?" which came across as condescending. Later they claimed to have before and after photos, but they only took a picture after the job and tried to use that as proof that the damage existed earlier. That is not honest or professional. The leak and misalignment started immediately after their service, and their reaction showed no accountability or respect. I would not recommend this company. If you ever hire them, make sure to document everything with photos and videos because they will deny any responsibility if something goes wrong. Edit: The owner replied by calling me a scammer. I posted actual evidence: photos, a video of the leak, and a Yelp reimbursement confirmation siding with my claim. Insults don't change documented facts.
