DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!…read more I purchased a brand new Fender Squier Mini Strat Electric Guitar, a (supposedly leather) guitar strap, and a used Blackstar amp. I only played the Fender Squier Mini once after removing the plastic, and it plays, but it doesn't sound like it should. I also attempted to use the "leather" guitar strap with the Fender (which was suggested by the salesperson for this guitar), but it didn't hold the guitar and started fraying after one use. Then, after using the amp only 3 times, it completely stopped working. It turns on occasionally but none of the buttons work and there is clearly something wrong with the internal electrical system, so it's useless. I reached out to the manager of this store about returning these items but I have not heard back. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!

He has fixed my cheap Squire fretless bass and commented that it was actually good sounding to his ears. He has also fixed a dear friend's 1950s Gibson acoustic and did an excellent Job on it. It sounds so incredibly better.. Aside that fair amount of serious repairs, he was very good about communicating extra things he discovered on this 70+ yr old horse that he asked if I wanted repaired and it was contingent upon the initial issue to be resolved that it needed to be done. Most car shops find things wrong to upsell you, but this is not the place for that. Be assured that after getting my bass, and forgot my 1st Guild he set a long while back is still a daily horse, perfect, then this prized Gibson now sounds majestic; I'm super happy with Gregory's knowledge and friendly savvy candor. Although I was initially disappointed, Chris the representative I worked with, suggested two possible places nearby that might buy it. He even helped me carry my equipment back to my car and load it in. By the way, the store Chris referred me to did indeed buy my equipment. I was very impressed with friendly and helpful service I experienced at TSG even though I was not a paying customer. Outstanding customer service!

That' didn't happen. I called several times and they didn't know or couldn't find it. I told them that Christmas was a week away and that I needed a status of it. I received no assurances. Today, 12/21/24, I got a call that inform me that they were still working the issue. It broke my heart knowing that my son would not get his Christmas present. I spoke to my son and told him that I would make it up to him somehow. Will not be buying there again.
