My problems are (1) with management; and (2) with one surgeon. I now have one good surgeon…read more 1. This office is poorly managed. I regularly spend 15 minutes on hold. I often hang up in disgust. While waiting to have surgery on my leg, I noticed the floor was dirty. So they've got all this equipment that is sterile, but there is dirt, like pieces that come off one-use surgical equipment, on the floor. When I mentioned this to the ultrasound tech, she said that the floor is never mopped between surgeries. 2. I had my gall bladder removed by a Dr. Tran. This was because I had some gall stones and was told that once the gall bladder makes some, it will make more, so the only solution was to remove the gall bladder. But after the surgery, I continued to have problems. I wound up staying at Corona Regional 3 days. Why? Dr. Tran left the gall stones behind after the operation. This gave me pancreatitis and elevated liver enzyme levels. When I tried to discuss this with Lisa, the manager, she wouldn't return my calls. I finally went to Mission Surgical and waited until someone could point her out and that she was free. I showed her the hospital work. In the end, all she would say was that, under those circumstances patients were referred to some other specialist to remove the stones! No way would they take responsibility for bad surgical technique. The only reason I went back to Mission Surgical is that my podiatrist insisted one of their surgeons is excellent. I recommend you avoid Mission Surgical unless you know your surgeon is trustworthy because its a bit of a crapshoot and management sucks.

Dr. Mina Saeed WORST GENERAL SURGEON. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR OR THIS FACILITY THEY STAND BEHIND…read moreMALPRACTICE. !!!! This doctor diagnosed incorrectly and performed an unnecessary surgery that is now creating complications. Now they are sending us bills to pay the doctor for what he did. This is complete malpractice and for a facility to stand by what he did its really disturbing. It really makes us think the facility has never reached out or investigated the doctor for what he did. No one is taking responsibility. Even the staff has been very nasty and has not been willing to provide any help.!!! It's doctors like this that give facilities and other doctors a bad name. READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS FACILITY OR THIS DOCTOR.

ABSOLUTELY find another option than doing surgical procedures from MISSION SURGICAL CORONA. They…read moredid a procedure with mesh and it was not placed correctly and my hernia popped out below the incision. After it was brought to their attention they said " We only have one day to see the doctor" to show him the mistake. I have had 2 surgeons who deal in sports injuries tell me this hernia ducked under the mess because it was too shallow or not long enough. This issue has caused pain, discomfort and disfigured my stomach almost 8 weeks now. After having a discussion with the front staff about making an appointment I was told only Wednesdays are available. NOTHING ELSE. You would figure as a doctor you would be available to your patients more than one day a week. Especially, when you make a mistake. After having an argument with the staff member I was told to take it or leave it. I DEFINITELY am seeking another surgeon to correct this and to an attorney. No one should have to go Through this.

I wish that I could give this clinic a better rating because of the first experience that my sister…read moreand I had with them. However, I am APPALLED at the treatment and service that my sister has been given. My sister needed a lump in her breast removed, the doctor told us we could probably get in by June to get it out, and this was in MAY. They did not ever call my sister to schedule something. She had to call over and over until someone FINALLY answered her. Finally, she was scheduled for August. The surgery came and she had an appointment to have her biopsy read and check her scarring. They called the day before to cancel her appt. My sister had to call several times to reschedule. So now, three weeks after her initial surgery, she went to the corona office and the door was locked. She called and called and they kept putting her on hold. My dad had to call before they told him that they MOVED offices and never told my sister. They never notified her and didn't call her when she didn't show up to her appointment. We just wanted to know if any part of her lump was cancerous, even though we did get it biopsied before she got it removed. She asked to be referred to her regular doctor because she was disappointed in the service. They said they would send her doctor the results and had an appt today. She went and THEY DIDN'T SEND HER RESULTS. We are now on a MONTH of not having her scar checked or knowing if she has breast cancer. It is ridiculous, and disappointing that if something was wrong, there would be a time where we didn't know and it could get worse. I am truly disgusted, and quite frankly nervous to put my sister'ss health in their hands.
