I spend no less than $50 at this place whenever I order. It's normally the same order two green smoothies, one raspberry smoothie and sometimes I'll add an extra berry blast smoothie to my order. Everything was great in the beginning, but overtime the quality and the food has gone to crap. I sometimes get their vegetarian wrap and when I get it, it's normally toasted very well. It's never soggy but lately it's been super soggy by the time it gets to me and barely even toasted. I also noticed that my smoothies are poorly blended, with chunks that can't pass through the straw still being left in the smoothie. On top of that, you normally get a sauce to go with your wrap and they will put the smallest squirt of sauce in a 4 ounce container and that is so ridiculous to me. It's like they're being stingy for no reason. I don't really like to make reviews on places, but when I start to have a bad experience after having a very good experience for a while, I think that it's necessary, that way they can reevaluate their staff and their training, and get things back in line. I really don't say any of this to be mean. I really enjoyed ordering from this place at a point, and I would like to continue to order from here, so I just really hope that they can't get it right again.

I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light.
