The veggies were fresh and thick cut on a soft bun out of a bag, with a proper amount of ketchup and mustard. The burger was thick, maybe 1/3 lb.; it was juicy in the middle but a little dry outside. The burger was a little plain and needed some seasoning but the cheese and bacon added a salty flavor. The bacon was chewy with a little crunch. I am a Chuck Wagon fan, so I had one of those too. It is served plain on a bun. The bun was fresh from a bag; the chuck wagon had a thin batter and was crunchy with some salt. It was probably frozen, but it cooked up nicely. Pro tip, I like mine with Cole slaw and ketchup. The coleslaw was cut up very fine and relatively sweet, but very soupy with a lot of liquid. Once added to the chuck wagon, it made for a great bite, with the ketchup cutting through the sweetness. My fiancé had the Grilled Cheese and Tater Tots. The tots are out of a bag but fried to a crunchy golden brown and seasoned well. The sandwich had American cheese and needed just a little longer on the flat top. It was slightly soft in places but they did use butter with excellent salt content. T's is a small roadside joint that offers burgers, sandwiches, plate lunches, and breakfast.
