After closing out at Pourter's, we walked into The Dive around 5:40 PM... only to be told by the bartender that they were "technically closed" and that the people inside were on their last call. This was surprising and confusing, as Google said they close at 8 PM and Yelp listed 9 PM...nothing mentioned early closure on Sundays. On top of that, the place smelled strongly of marijuana, which made it even less inviting. We won't be going back... If you're in the area, stick with Pourter's...great food, great service, and no weird surprises.

The tables were superb, the crowd between 6 and 8 were nice, and the music wasn't too loud, like it is as the bowling alley. The quality of the tables was extremely wonderful. The balls moved smoothly with a minimal amount of friction, and the staff was very friendly. The food was typical bar food: fried pickles, chicken strips, pretzels and cheese, etc. I had the chicken strips and the pretzel. Pretzel was awesome, chicken strips were meh. We took a friend out for her birthday and I'd definitely do it again. Great place for adults to take a load off.
