From homeless people strung out on drugs, to people approaching you for money, in broad day light around 3 pm, there is a lot of police activity that makes me alert during my daily commute. The morning commute isn't so bad as most of the working individuals huddle together and the transit station worker is diligent with updates but arriving back to the station is a whole other experience. The other day, all of the sounder trains uptown and downtown were shut down due to somebody abandoning a stolen car on the tracks after a high speed police chase. Scary. Also the other day while waiting for my ride, a random gentleman approached me insisting he'd give me a ride. No thanks - creepy and scary.

I was watching from my from my front door/balcony for the Stita Taxi & the driver was punctual, but, extremely rude. I live on the second floor of my apartments. As I stood in front of my door waiting I saw the Taxi driver on the main road. A few cars were still passing him, so, I ran inside my apartment & grabbed my bag & ran back downstairs to get into the vehicle. It wasn't even 2 minutes at most. It was less than 2 minutes. The taxi driver was irate & upset. "No. No. Get out. I already called & cancelled your ride." He said. "You took too long. Get out. Get out, NOW." He screamed. "Get out." He demanded as he was shooing me away. He was very disrespectful. He didn't give me a chance to inquire about the situation. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel.
