I tried to contact the manager to express my concerns, but the phone does not get picked up at all, neither by a person or voicemail directory.
My concern is the lax way some of the employees treat social distancing even while not wearing a mask. One guy in the tool department was very nice and helpful, but didn't take the hint at all when I would step back to keep a safe distance. He'd just close the gap.
It has been made clear in Covid-19 briefings that a person does not have to cough or sneeze to get saliva drops on you. Talking will do it close up. Plus, a person can have the virus with no symptoms and spread the virus. This employee leaned within four inches of my face several times. I got away from him as quickly as I could and will not return to Kent in Dartmouth Crossing if employees don't wear masks and don't take care to keep a safe distance.
It is impossible to show a customer some products without getting within 2 metres, and the guidelines say to wear a mask if that distance is not possible, especially indoors. So why are employees whose work does not allow for that safe distance not wearing masks? read more
