Well a year ago two of the rentals had bed bugs and we paid dearly for this service, well guess what they both still have bed bugs and we're not even caught by their technicians that come in regularly. Also, two places have mice and all they keep doing is filling the traps instead of finding out where they are coming from. We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

It's too bad Robert stopped responding to my calls and texts.
