I live in California and was having difficulty with getting information from my pest control company when I saw online Pronto pest Management was named number one in Michigan so I called hoping one of their representatives would take pity on me and answer a few questions. The receptionist was kind and said I have the owner right here would you like to speak with him and I said thank you very much yes. This man was extremely knowledgeable patient and kind. Not only did he answer the questions I was hoping to have answered he gave me quite a bit of very helpful additional information that empowered me and allowed me to feel a sense of control in a very uncomfortable situation. And at the end of our conversation he said if I had any other questions to please call him. I highly recommend that anybody living in the Michigan area give them a call. They are knowledgeable, helpful and operate at a high level of service that isn't always available in this day and age, thank you Steve!
