They sold her a $17 case of hard seltzer instead of a $1 bottle of seltzer. When she arrived at the party, people explained to her that it was alcoholic. She was surprised since she had told them that she wanted seltzer. A few of us tried the hard seltzer at the party and found it too awful to drink. Today we brought back the rest of the case to return it, but they refused. They took no responsibility for taking advantage of her lack of understanding. I think they took advantage of an old lady and hope you decide to go to a different liquor store when you want to shop for liquor.
