She was knowledgable about the wines and helped pick out what I was going for with, "light and Spring inspired." They even delivered to her for no extra cost. I really appreciate their business and assistance and I know my friend will as well! It feels great to support a local business especially when they show their appreciation by caring about what they do and how they are helping people. (No wonder why wine is considered "essential.") One guy that's there a lot has the worst customer service skills, and he tells you the total without it being on the screen and then doubles back and says a slightly different amount, so you're left wondering how much it actually is. Like, just hit the total button so the customer can see, otherwise it feels like you're scamming. There was another guy who acted like you were bothering him if you came in.
