I just had my bi-yearly check up and was satisfied. They have one secretary who is very nice, I believe something that starts w/ a B, like brianna maybe. She told me my appointment was today at noon. So i made the timing available w/ work. 1205, no one is here, so i call the office asking whats going on. I get put through to the other woman....who i cannot remember if this is the same person from 3 years ago....but she is the absolute worst. I work at a small biz, if I acted the way she acted....we would be out of business. I called and she told me no one would ever tell me noon, the range is 12-5. I said well that is what I was told but cancel my appointment. I was planning on changing providers because this lady is literally that rude. She makes you feel like YOU are the one bothering her. I do not know why she acts this way, i cannot be the only one who has experienced this. While she was accusing me of not understanding how clocks work, i texted my wife and said "we are done using JA" and started googling other providers and reaching out. But the reason why i gave 3 stars and not one. I had an amazing technician. I hope I get his name right because he is literally the reason why I did not change. I signed up for another year because he is so kind. So i gave my business for another year solely because of (possibly evan) dark hair, glasses, from reading area. He is an asset to your company and was the reason why you didn't lose a customer. He didn't do anything crazy, just was kind and didnt accuse me of not understanding how appointments work. Get that man a raise!

We have spent 2 years dealing with inconsistent hot water, since you installed a new tankless water heater and as of now, we have no hot water again. This has been an ongoing issue; the original unit was installed just over 2 years ago and was replaced only a year later with the same model. Given that the replacement unit is now failing as well, it is clear that this specific model is unreliable. We are requesting a replacement with a completely different model to resolve these persistent issues once and for all

It cost me over 600.00 dollars for a new anchor bolt installed. Then, I was quoted 1,800 for a basin replacement.... And I had to provide the basin 2. Poor quality of work. My tech Destin obviously did not know what he was doing. Not only did he not only not change the flange, install a new seal, caulk the toilet, he didn't even tighten the toilet down!!!!! I called because I saw my anchor was rusted away and the toilet was rocking.... My toilet is still rocking and now my toilet is having issues flushing. 3. Customer service. I have called times. Every time the very nice dispatchers would apologize for the inconvenience and say that they were trying to contact the manager. I was told that the manager would call me back soon. And guess what, he still hasn't. I am truly disappointed in a Christian.

After having Joint Way install a split system in my house, the only question I was left asking is…read morewhy I took so long to get it started. The short version of this review is that Alex and his team make things easy. They provided top quality service, at reasonable prices, and were done quickly! The slightly longer version is after several years of talking about getting a split system to replace the various window units I'd been using, I finally pulled the trigger this year. I had several contractors out to provide estimates. Right out of the gate, I appreciated Alex's approach. While the other contractors discussed various options with eyeball estimates, Alex actually took a few measurements to come up with ideas which could actually be implemented. As a result, he presented a few ideas on how to run things that others missed and (imo) offered the best end solution. Obviously pricing is going to be specific to the job at hand and a variety of other factors. In my case, I found the pricing to be very competitive while offering name brand and better equipment than others. A small deposit was required, which is fairly standard. When it came to installation, the team worked hard, quick, and clean. I got a 4 zone unit covering my Master bedroom, office, guest bedroom, and living room. They worked a slightly long first day to get all the physically installation done (along with all the loud work, so to speak). They came back for a half day to tie up the electrical, help me get the wifi setup, and wrap up. Regarding the electrical, in my case they needed to add a subpanel and when they noticed a few things not done quite right in my existing box, they made the necessary fixes/adjustments! The end result was top quality across the board. I'm comfortably sitting in the A/C as I type this review. Happy to provide Joint Way a 5-star review and have already recommended them to a few friends considering split systems. Hopefully this review and the accompanying few photos help your decision making process.
