Whether you are on a budget or want something really high end, they'll take care of you. For my last job I had the basic screen doors put in, and I love them! They have a hidden screen, so you can have it be all glass, or slide down a panel in nice weather and let the breeze in. Even though I went with the base options, they still handled the job thoroughly. Everything looks great. They are also fantastic at handling questions that might come up after. If a small issue is noticed that might need to be looked at, they are responsive and will follow up with you. I see one or two reviews mentioning service time. During certain times of the year, home improvement companies have to schedule way out. Whether it's roofs or windows or whatever. Parts have to be ordered, jobs are dependent on the weather.. ignore those. These guys are professional and first class.

From the time we called Drew and he came over to measure our windows and write up our estimate,…read morethrough today when our new windows were installed by Chris and Bill, we have been extremely happy with Tommy D's. The installation did happen a few weeks later than we originally thought it would, but that was likely due to a miscommunication, and does not change our opinion that Tommy D's is first rate. Chris and Bill arrived this morning, on time, in the snow and did a fantastic job installing six new high efficiency windows on our front porch. Watching these guys work, you can see that they are knowledgeable and care about the workmanship that they put into the job. The final result is beautiful. They also took the time to show us how to use the hinges on the windows so that you can clean the outside of the window from inside the house. Terrific work, friendly and skilled workmen, a beautiful high efficiency product. AND a local company. Very happy we chose Tommy D's.

Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for residential pickup for exterior & patio door…read moreinstallations. Bobby is a very down to earth guy. Easy to understand & doesn't use construction words that go over your head. He didn't make me feel insecure in my purchases or frustrated about this project. When Bobby says he's going to do something it will be done with tenacious effort. This young man doesn't know what being lazy means. I'm fact, he's quite the opposite. Went to Lowe's last Spring. Why? Bc they DO know!!! In looking for window replacements on another project & a need for three exterior doors, I found a person indirectly at Lowe's, Josh Cook. Anywho, after I got a name (Josh) at Lowe's. I went from there with Josh in an two estimates. Josh came with accolades from others that enabled me to proceed. By the time I was able to start my updates, Josh wasn't available. Josh texted & highly recommended Bobby Reeder. This act demonstrated valorous leadership capabilities in my world. Neither gentleman knew me from Eve ; ) . Josh didn't have to do this at all. Received a text, as Bobby was introduced by Josh. Both of these young men have proven that they know what they're doing. They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. I may be mistaken as my CRS is sneaking it's way into my evening, over a month has lapsed...magnificent effort in carpentry skills & diligence by both have certainly exceeded my expectations. When you meet Bobby, please try not to allow yourself to judge his stature. Bobby is stronger than he appears. He carried a patio door by himself and installed it with more professionalism than I've experienced in a custom home builder. I'm impressed with Josh. I'm more impressed with Bobby in how well he installed a front door & patio door...including picking both items up at two different retail merchants (Menards/Lowe's). Josh was right on, Bobby is ever bit as forthright as they come. Bobby Reeder is a fine person who has character in professional efforts to make your improvements become a reality without delay. Bobby...thank you so much for your time/efforts. Looking forward in working with you again soon. We love love love our patio door. The nails on the chalkboard sounds are completely absent. The sound of silence in opening/closing our patio door is the music to me : ) Ty Ty Ty! Stay well & safe all, Amy

Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.
