I have been going to Kenneth's for over 20 years. I have always had a pleasant and positive experience. So much so, that although I have moved to the neighboring state of Pennsylvania, I still make the trip out to Columbus, Ohio to get my hair done at Kenneth's and by my absolute favorite stylist Peggy. Upon entering the salon, I am always greeted immediately in a very friendly and professional manor. My stylist Peggy is AMAZING!! She is up to date on all the latest trends and is so sweet and friendly she always makes my time there fun and very enjoyable. She will put you at ease and make you feel comfortable. She listens to what I want to have done and does a fantastic job providing me the exact cut and color I want no matter how picky I am because I am very picky when it comes to my hair! I did have an occasion when I didn't make it out to Columbus as I had planned and I took a chance and went to a salon at our vacation resort thinking that it would be comparable to Kenneth's. Boy was I wrong! I told the stylist what I wanted done and to my horror, the color was nothing like what I wanted. The cut also was not what I wanted. I left there in tears and vowed never again to go elsewhere! So I would HIGHLY recommend Kenneth's and Peggy. I always leave the salon feeling like a whole new woman:-) read more

I have been going to Kenneth's for years and recently had an appointment with Tina. Prior to my eyebrow wax, we were discussing skincare and concerns. I was diagnosed with rosacea about a year and a half ago and although it's not as severe as many cases can become, the redness and dryness are annoying. Tina recommended I try Pink Silk, a topical gel to help combat the dryness and reduce the redness. I have been on prescription medication for my rosacea, both pills and topical ointments and received some relief; however, I took Tina's recommendation and gave the Pink Silk a try. I have been using the product for about 6 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. The dryness has almost completely gone away, my skin remains cool with no breakouts, and best of all, much of the redness has subsided! I am very pleased with the product and decided to take Tina's advice and try the Hydropeptide with SPF 30 as an additional moisturizer. So far, I love the products and I have completely stopped using the prescribed medications provided by my dermatologist! Absolutely amazing staff here! The front desk is super kind and helpful. They helped me to set up future appointments, and were very sweet the whole way. I will never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed. Tina is so wonderful and helpful. She always takes caution with my sensitive skin, and I have left glowing every time! She never leaves a hair out of place. After my last visit, I could not stop looking at my eyebrows they were stunning!! Tina has tinted and waxed my brows, and they have made me feel beautiful every single time. I am always impressed. Kayleigh is absolutely incredible. I was uncertain of what I wanted to do with my hair, just knew that I needed a cut. I could not stop touching my hair when I left. She gave me gorgeous layers and styled it so well, I ended up making plans that night just to show it off. I can't compliment her skills enough. She is kind and helpful, and when I left I was 100x happier than I could have expected. I will return here as often as I can. I have been going to Tyson at the Kenneth's at Perimeter (in Dublin) for a couple of years now. I always really like the way my hair turns out. I always get the color touched up (I'm at that age) and I get it cut several times a year. Sometimes I get the overpriced treatment also which does make my hair shinier and healthier looking. Tyson is easy to talk to and very personable. He always goes over what you want and discusses the various colors and cuts in the detail that you want to make sure the both of you are on the same page. He doesn't make you feel rushed either. The salon always looks great and the front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful. I previously colored my hair at home for years (it was cheaper), but it was making my hair so dry and brittle (I did allover and not just touch up). It was time to see someone. I chose Tyson and haven't regretted it. I leave the salon looking great! read more

I have gone to Kenneths for over 15 years. For the first several years, I traveled for 2 hours every 6 weeks or so to receive the excellent service, and cutting edge styles of an upscale salon for my shorter hair. My first experiences were with the Grand Salon at Mill Run. While I always loved the cuts and color, I wanted to go to a place that was smaller and more "personal." This is what I found in the Dublin salon. The icing on the cake was the "hidden jewel" I found in Ashley. This stylist is professional, knowledgeable and talented. I always know that I will walk out of this Kenneths loving my cut, style and color. To top this, Ashley's pleasant personality also makes my visit entertaining and enjoyable! In my opinion, the personality of the stylist is just as important as her skill. This smaller salon, and more importantly, Ashley, are well worth every penny that I spend every single time! read more

It has been my treat to me to have Becki do my hair every Fri (my standing appointment). Not only has she become a good friend but an excellent stylist especially dealing with my thick, coarse hair running the gamut of wash/Blow dry/style to Hair cut/color/highlights! You could use me as a model of her work- making an "old" gal look her best! I have been going to Kenneth's for 3 years and both the service and products are great! I cannot say enough about Erica. She does a fabulous job with my hair. My hair is a very dark brown, graying and extremely thick. Prior to going to Kenneth's, when I would go to a salon I am left with a questionable cut and my thick hair is always styled such that is looks like I stuck my finger in a socket. These stylists would usually say "my your hair certainly is very thick" after they look at the disaster they've left me with. Then I'd have to go home and tame my hair myself. Well Erica changed all that. She listened to how I like to have my hair colored and styled and voila she always does it flawlessly. I have been coming to this Kenneth's location since I moved to Dublin almost 10 years ago. When I made my first appointment, I mentioned that my hair was very thick, curly, frizzy and hard to manage. I was assigned to Jacala, who did wonders for my hair. My hair looks so much better now, and is much easier to style and manage! Jacala really knows her stuff! My school age daughter recently wanted a shorter hair style that would be easier to style/manage. Rather than chance things with one of the local chop shops, I made an appointment with Jacala for my daughter. My daughter loved meeting Jacala, and was thrilled with her new hair style! I have followed this stylist from Dayton to Hilliard and have always been pleased with the services I have received, both from her and the salon. Everyone has always been friendly, courteous and the stylist professional and knowledgeable. Devon does an extremely nice job with cuts and her color and highlights are beautiful. She takes the time to match my roots to my color so I am not "overprocessing" my ends. I wanted a subtle color change, so she suggested toning my highlights a different color rather than changing my overall color. I LOVED the results!! The prices seemed a little steep, but comparable to other salons. I will continue to drive nearly two hours to get the great services I have become to accustomed to with Devon at Kenneth's. My first appointment at Kenneth's was scheduled with Devin. Prior to going to Kenneth's I had my hair cut at Great Clips whenever I needed a cut. I have rather curly hair and after starting my career I decided it was time to find a stylist that was confident in dealing with my hair texture. Devin has been so great! She is always so nice and welcoming and I enjoy our time together. After going to her for about 6 months she did my hair for my wedding. She scheduled plenty of time to for a trial run, and even revealed that she had spent hours the night before searching for the perfect style for my hair type. Victoria has been cutting my hair for over five years now - and she has always been wonderful! She understands my texture of hair and what my general day-to-day is and helps me get the most from styling (when I have time) and always helps me pick a quality product that keeps my hair healthy (active and life-long swimmer/chlorine addict) without being ridiculously expensive. I called for a weekend appt and none were available but my stylist was available in about 2 hrs. I hurried to get into the appt and when I arrived I had to wait on the 4 women standing at the counter to finish their personal conversation. Then when I gave my name I was told "you are late". When I stated my appt was at 4:30 they said "your stylist has gone" I was paying extra to a sitter and ran like crazy to get there and the only solution was we can make you another appt next week. No apology, no concern. I called the main office and was told I would hear back from someone in customer service on Monday. Nothing to assist while I was there and already paying a sitter! Then no one has called to follow up!! read more

I have been getting my hair cut with Tyson for over 8 Years and we were just recently joking about my next hair cut being the 85th time he has done it. For guys, it can often be hard to pick out a place to keep going back to because spending money on a simple hair cut is just easy to walk in somewhere. I go back for the conversation and the hair cut and could not imagine going anywhere else which makes the cost cheap by comparison. I've moved around a lot; finding a new stylist is no fun. Thank goodness I saved the best for last! Tyson Hoxworth (at the Hospital Drive location in Dublin) has been styling my hair for about ten years now. He's good-natured, fun to talk with, crazy about his wife and new son, and as I told him on my last visit, a real Renaissance man. I truly believe there is nothing Tyson can't do. Oh, and my hair? He's developed a wash-and-go style that is exactly what I want. My daughter and niece are also his clients, and we all look forward to being "Tysonized," as we call it. I highly recommend Tyson! I have been going to the Dublin location for two years and it is wonderful! My favorite part is my talented stylist Tatum. I get color, highlights and cut and with previous stylists it has been a very long procedure. But Tatum has found a way to achieve the same look with highlights, then an all over color express and then the cut in half the time. It is always perfect! She knows exactly what to do with my curly/sometimes straight hair. I also have to mention the fabulous hair washing chairs there, they recline and they also put a warm towel behind your neck!!!! I have been going to Kenneth's for many years-at least 15-maybe more! When my stylist retired, she "transferred" me to Michael at the Avery Salon and I have been seeing him for a few years! Michael is wonderful! He listens, offers suggestions when asked, and ALWAYS gives me a great cut and highlight! There have been many times in the throws of wind and rain that I've walked into a building with wind-blown hair and looked into a mirror only to see that my hair doesn't look all that bad!
