He's very thorough and my mother said he gives a good needle!! I hate needles but anyways!! There office staff are always nice and comforting and not to mention its a beautiful setup there!! My brother and I would love to sit and look at the cool different types of fishes in there huge tank they have in the waiting room. We would see Dr.Hudak for our regular cleanings and he was so nice that when we were done our cleanings he let us pick a prize,our flavor toothpaste and what colored toothbrush we wanted!!! I hated the fluoride we had to drink after cause it was nastyy,and it flips my stomach lol !!! But HES AMAZING!! 10/10 recommend Dr.Hudak :) Hope this helps people get a good dentist!!!

I moved to the area about 6 yrs ago and chose them because they were local. The 1st few visits were…read morefriendly, normal, went okay but after a few years a see lot has changed. The service has degraded, on all levels. You make an appointment, give your ins info, confirm the appt...all set. Then you get a reminder 5 days before the appointment, then about 3 days before, each time I respond yes, confirmed, complete all the pre appointment intake forms, etc...should be all set, right? NOPE. 2 days before the appt., another text to confirm, then the day before they send a text threatening to cancel my appt if i don't confirm by 6pm today. Really? I still kept my appt., went in on time in the afternoon, 1pm est and waited for about 30-40 min for the dentist. I wonder...can I charge him a late fee? Ha... Meanwhile, while in the waiting room...I can clearly hear the employees at the front desk area talking about people once they hang up the phone, it was bad. It was so uncomfortable because I am sure they talk negative about me as well since I am a patient...I mean, why wouldnt they, right? Now to the visit.. He walks in, I'm chatting friendly and he turns around with a needle in his hand coming for me mouth. I swear I instantly had a flash of Steve Martin and Bill Murray in the Little Shop of Horrors movie 'Dentist'! I asked for a numbing gel since I have Very sensitive teeth and am being seen by a Periodontist still but I have to also continue to be seen by a general dentist. When I asked, the expression on his face was not understanding at all, he looked pretty annoyed that I asked. Moving on to perform 3 fill-ins...Never asked me how I'm doing during the work but conversed with the assistant about personal stuff, like where they like to eat...who di what to who at the party...the entire time. I felt un important to him, and almost like he was annoyed to be servicing me. Now, about 3 weeks post fill-ins, I am in pain on 1 side he worked on but I will not make the mistake of going back to him to fix it...what did Bush say? Fool me once shame on you, fool me 2x shame on... hahaha I'm done now, will be switching my entire family to another general dentist. This practice must not want or need our business. I am not the type of person to settle when it comes to medical...anything.

I was recently in the Smile Center of Mansfield for a cleaning as a new patient. The only positive of my visit was Tracy, the hygienist. She was friendly and did a thorough job. Now, the negatives. If you ever thought of a dental factory, then you have pictured the Smile Center. Dr. Patel may have been the unfriendliest dentist I have ever encountered. If you have the nerve to tell me I have 10 cavities, four you are watching and 6 that need filled, then at least have the courtesy to explain what exactly is there and what needs done. Don't have your hygienist do it. Don't even get me started on what I was told the fillings would cost. I went for a second opinion, and luckily I did. One of the supposed cavities was an old filling that needed replaced and the rest were so small, they don't require a filling at this point. If you want highly questionable recommendations, then this is the place for you! I suggest you find a reliable dentist.

I called and spoke to Marlene and explained my broken molar. Marlene made me feel like I had been their patient forever. She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! R by The next day as I was driving there somehow I couldn't locate the building but the front desk guided me in. She was so nice and patient. I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back. This was the best experience I've had since my dentist that I used to see in Bala Cynwyd. Back in 2006.
