It was incredibly easy to make an appointment - I was scheduled less than one week out, and when my nighttime appointment was canceled due to snow, I was able to be seen the next morning. When I arrived, nobody greeted me or told me to fill out paperwork, which I did anyone because it was sitting on the counter (self-service?). After a few minutes, I was called back to a room, which was open, with very little privacy - not sure I'd be happy if I was actually having anything done. When Dr. Jefferson came in, he was brusque and to the point. I felt rather rushed and perhaps a little disrespected. He offered solutions, but didn't ask many questions to find out the specifics of my problems. I haven't decided if I am comfortable with asking Dr. Jefferson to do any dental work for me - I'll probably be going for a second opinion instead.

The service has degraded, on all levels. You make an appointment, give your ins info, confirm the appt...all set. Then you get a reminder 5 days before the appointment, then about 3 days before, each time I respond yes, confirmed, complete all the pre appointment intake forms, etc...should be all set, right? NOPE. 2 days before the appt., another text to confirm, then the day before they send a text threatening to cancel my appt if i don't confirm by 6pm today. Really? I still kept my appt., went in on time in the afternoon, 1pm est and waited for about 30-40 min for the dentist. I wonder...can I charge him a late fee? Ha... Meanwhile, while in the waiting room...I can clearly hear the employees at the front desk area talking about people once they hang up the phone, it was bad. It was so uncomfortable because I am sure they talk negative about me as well since I am a patient...I mean, why wouldnt they, right? Now to the visit.. He walks in, I'm chatting friendly and he turns around with a needle in his hand coming for me mouth. I swear I instantly had a flash of Steve Martin and Bill Murray in the Little Shop of Horrors movie 'Dentist'! I asked for a numbing gel since I have Very sensitive teeth and am being seen by a Periodontist still but I have to also continue to be seen by a general dentist. When I asked, the expression on his face was not understanding at all, he looked pretty annoyed that I asked. Moving on to perform 3 fill-ins...Never asked me how I'm doing during the work but conversed with the assistant about personal stuff, like where they like to eat...who di what to who at the party...the entire time. I felt un important to him, and almost like he was annoyed to be servicing me. Now, about 3 weeks post fill-ins, I am in pain on 1 side he worked on but I will not make the mistake of going back to him to fix it...what did Bush say? Although the fillings were fine, I had a very poor care experience and had deeply bitten my upper lip due to prolonged numbness after this rather routine procedure. I called her back to let her know what had occurred since it had been nearly two hours latter. Dr. Osmani exhibited poor bedside manners, didn't introduce herself, check in with me during my procedure nor did she provide follow up care instructions. She was in the next patients months seconds after finishing my extraction and unavailable to answer basic questions. I felt like a Tuskegee experiment candidate. I was angry at myself for allowing her to treat me like an object. I wondered if I were someone else would she have behaved differently or is she overwhelmed and unhappy with her position? I don't know and it's not something I as a paying patient should have to worry about. Nevertheless, I won't be going back there. I feel uncomfortable with her being the primary dentist. When I called back to speak with her she apologized and stated she was super busy during my visit. Unacceptable. Patients demand better or let her practice as a Veterinarian.

They Took My Smile Away!!! A Terrible Experience - I Cannot Recommend This Office!!!…read more I have been receiving treatment at this office since February. When I informed them that my insurance coverage would expire in May, they suddenly became extremely proactive. I was sometimes scheduled two or even three times a week so they could complete my treatment before my insurance expired. The treatment plan was very clear from the beginning. I was told that my four front teeth needed root canal retreatment before receiving new crowns. Because retreatment was not performed at this office, I was referred to an endodontist. I trusted my dentist's treatment plan and followed every recommendation. During the root canal retreatments, my existing crowns were severely damaged. They cracked, broke apart, and became unusable. The decayed teeth underneath became visible, and one of my front crowns was partially broken off completely. As a result, my front teeth were left looking terrible. I could no longer smile with confidence, bite into food, or eat properly. The emotional impact has been devastating. I even lost weight because I struggled to eat, and my confidence and mental well-being have suffered tremendously. When I returned to this office, I repeatedly asked when my new crowns would be placed. No one could give me a clear answer. Eventually, the dentist told me that they no longer recommended placing crowns on my front teeth because there might not be enough remaining tooth structure, and that I should simply stay the way I am. This was shocking because this possibility was never discussed before I agreed to treatment. If there was a risk that my crowns could be damaged during the recommended treatment and that there might not be enough remaining tooth structure afterward--possibly even requiring extractions--I should have been informed before being referred for the procedure. That would have allowed me to make an informed decision. Instead, I trusted the treatment plan created by this office, followed every instruction, and now I have been left with severely damaged front teeth and no solution. A dentist has a responsibility to explain the potential risks of a proposed treatment before asking a patient to proceed. My biggest disappointment is that I was never informed of these risks. Had I been told that this treatment could leave me with damaged front teeth, insufficient tooth structure, or even the possibility of extractions, I would have had the opportunity to decide whether I was willing to accept those risks before moving forward. To make matters worse, one of the dentists at this office accidentally damaged the edge of one of my crowns during treatment. When I pointed it out, I was told, "Don't worry, sweetheart, these crowns will be replaced anyway." I trusted that reassurance and continued with the treatment. Now, after everything I went through, I am being told that my crowns will not be replaced and that I should simply live with this appearance. The first insurance pre-authorization was denied because of missing documentation. After it was resubmitted, my insurance approved the treatment. Previously, this office always contacted me immediately after receiving insurance approval to schedule my appointments. This time, however, it has been over two weeks since the approval, and no one has contacted me. I have been left waiting without any explanation, right in the middle of my treatment. I trusted this office with both my dental health and my smile. Instead, I have been left with unfinished treatment, severely damaged front teeth, emotional distress, and a complete lack of communication. I cannot recommend this office to anyone, and I am seriously considering pursuing all legal remedies available regarding my experience
