This dentist should be ashamed of himself. He was the most unfriendly dentist I've ever…read moreencountered. During my consultation, which I was not informed about beforehand since my regular dentist had already taken X-rays and confirmed the need for a root canal, I was only seen for a mere 1-2 minutes. He completely ignored me, not even making eye contact, didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns, or even mentioning his name. He told me that one of the two teeth my regular dentist recommended did not need a root canal and that I had to wait for insurance approval for the one that did. After the procedure was approved, I never received a call from the office to schedule. I had to call several times to follow up. The appointment was set months away, which is obviously not ideal for a tooth with an infection that urgently needed a root canal. During my next visit, which was scheduled in the middle of winter, there was no heat in most of the building, including the waiting room, bathroom, and procedure room. The waiting room and bathroom were the only clean areas of the office, which should have been a clear indicator of the overall cleanliness of the facility. The equipment was dusty, dirty, and greasy, and the dentist didn't even use any numbing cream before the injections. Instead, he just shook my cheek! The amount of Novocaine used was insufficient, and I cried out multiple times for him to pay attention. After I cried out, he would repeatedly and aggressively grab my chin and thrust it upward. After this procedure, which involved an infection in my jaw, I was offered no pain medication. He simply told me to use over-the-counter Tylenol and to expect pain for up to two weeks. Again, he ignored me, didn't mention his name, or even acknowledge that I had any questions or concerns. He was annoyed when I asked him to repeat some instructions, as I had headphones on to cancel out some noise and calm my anxiety. Both times, he essentially ran out of the room without a goodbye or acknowledgment of my thank you. The nurse and receptionist were both polite compared to the dentist. This location is quite unusual because it's a residential home without parking. Your driver is not allowed to enter the building. During both visits, I was given inaccurate timing. Since my driver could make it home in just 10 minutes and get settled in, I was done with the dentist and needed him to return. The uphill driveway was covered in ice, which was extremely unsafe for patients, especially those who were advised not to drive. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND!! 0 out of 5 stars.

I have always had problems with my teeth and have partial dentures, adding teeth consistently throughout those 20 years. Along the way I had some trouble with illness and the pandemic interfering with progress. When I finally had to get a full denture, I thought I was in good hands. When I had them delivered it was at an oral surgeons office, it was then I noticed the new full dentures were yellow. I could not understand why because I always had dentures and always had white. But they are yellow. When I called the office, they gave me a hard time, they had a very poor attitude like oh well too bad. The office manager Dana did not want to fix them, she complained about writing something off before, which I do not understand because I have always had insurance, and good insurance. They finally agreed to fix them, I dropped them off and they said it would be much longer than they previously said. I had to get them back because of a family event and needed teeth. Unfortunately this only made her angrier and the one lady legit yelled at me on the phone. I was so afraid because they said they wrote off charges (which I have never heard and don't understand) that I feared they would charge me to get them back and I cannot afford to be at the whim of an office manager that does not care about people. No one could ever explain why they made them yellow, but I (and insurance) spent $1700 for a top and $1700 for a bottom and the bottom does not fit and the top is yellow. My mind wonders if it was intentional just to hurt me because of something the office manager was mad about. It is devastating, I can't even smile and don't trust them to fix it. She was horrible to me and you cannot trust them, they are mean and spiteful. It is ludicrous to believe that anyone would want their denture color changed from white to yellow. Don't go there.

Disappointing Experience - We Will Not Be Returning…read more I'm writing to let you know that I will not be returning, and neither will my daughter. For me, customer service is everything. The poor experience started on our first visit. While I was in the bathroom, my daughter was taken to the back. When I came out, I wanted to check on her, so I asked a staff member walking by (unfortunately, I didn't get her name). Her response was rude and dismissive--asking if my daughter was over 18. I told her, "I don't care if my daughter is 28 or 38, I'm still going to make sure she's okay." Her attitude was completely uncalled for. Fast forward to my own appointment and who ends up helping me? The same woman. While she was polite this time, her body language made me feel unwelcome. That sets the tone for any experience. Then, during my X-rays, I noticed she pulled gloves out of her shirt pocket. That is not sanitary. She put them on and started touching the computer. I asked her to change her gloves before handling any sterile items. She said she would, but also explained she has to keep touching the mouse between shots. Her solution? She put a glove over the mouse. Honestly, that didn't reassure me. Thankfully, the cleaning went smoothly. Dominic was great, friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. But then I was brought to the front desk. There were five employees up there, and I stood waiting while two patients were helped. After they left, I was still standing there... being ignored. When I mentioned I had to leave to pick up my daughter, I was told someone was "working on my file." But my chart was visibly sitting there untouched. I said to call me later. When I missed the call and phoned back, I was placed on hold and no one picked up. This kind of service is unacceptable. I refuse to go to a place where the staff act like they don't want to be there, especially when they're supposed to be caring for me as a patient. Because of this, we will not be returning.
