Upon arrival, they have already verified insurance and know what is or is not covered. The office is clean, the doctor is kind, and the process is easy. After the exam, you get your script and you csn walk right over to look at glasses. They do contacts too, but idk anything about that. I'm a glasses girl. They always have deals on glasses, so if you're looking to get glasses and sunglasses, or two pairs of glasses, you can probably save some $. Once you choose the frames, they help make sure they fit well, and then set everything up for the lenses. They're usually ready same or next day. All in all, I am a fan.
