The location is located in a vibrant plaza and there are ample parking, too. It is super convenient if you live in the area. The customer service here can be a hit or miss depending on which sales person you get. We have been here a couple times prior and the sales person was either too pushy or not accommodating/understanding our needs. Luckily, the time we came to seriously buy the setting, I was helped by the owner and his wife, whom I believe name may be Ngoc? Anyways, they were both sweet and professional. Because of this, I am taking away 1 star. The variety here is also extremely limited despite how big the store is. They only carry traditional brilliant or princess cut diamonds and settings. They rarely have any different cuts such as radiant, emerald, or marquise. You'd have to pre-order them at a non refundable cost. Which isn't ideal and sometime you just want to see the product in person before committing to buy. For this, I am taking away an additional star. Luckily for us, I knew exactly which ring setting I wanted (pave with hidden halo). They had exactly one style left for a radiant cut and we decided to buy it even though it doesn't have a hidden halo because the price point was fair. We ended up paying approximately $1,650, which included the labor to set the diamond onto the setting and taxes. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a more traditional ring. And definitely try to ask for the owners to service you!

When I finally received the ring, I was shocked by the poor craftsmanship. The prongs were thin, bent, and looked unstable--barely secure enough to hold the center stone. Instead of addressing my concerns, the staff dismissed them and even made me feel as though I was imagining the issue. To confirm, I sought a second opinion at the Asian Garden Mall (Phước Lộc Thọ), and another jeweler immediately pointed out that the prongs were far too thin and would eventually break. Not only was the quality disappointing, but the overall experience left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Considering the very high price point compared to other jewelers, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with a ring that looks cheap, poor workmanship, and an upsetting experience that I would never want anyone else to go through. This was my first (and last) time customizing jewelry here. They may be known for feng shui jewelry, but when it comes to custom work, I cannot recommend them. The loan became due recently and I felt compelled to update my experience due to some of the negative reviews. First off, I received emails and text messages reminding me that my due date was coming up. I even received a phone call from Lalo, manager, to let me know. When I informed him that I was trying to get the money to pay off the loan as I didn't want to lose the jewelry I had given as collateral, he told me to just stay in contact and keep him informed. I had to call him three times to keep getting extensions past the final grace period due date. Every single time, Lalo was so gracious and reassured me that my jewelry would not be sold and extended the time I requested. It took me an additional week and a half to pay the loan and pick up my jewelry. I had two items and they were packed individually in bubble wrap and put inside a nice box. The level of care taken to store my jewelry should tell you enough of how great this pawn shop is. All the negative reviews, I suspect, has more to do with the individual than how they were actually treated. I've had occasion to use three different pawn shops in the past and I would recommend this pawn shop over any other.

Tell me that if it were tools, or memorabilia or any other type of item, that you wouldnt still have it there a day after the date, but this was a quick buck. You want me to learn from the experience, how about you learn decent customer service and some consideration. You also only gave me half of what it was worth. It's not like its value is only what you can sell it for. It has a set regulated monetary price for which it could be exchanged for at anytime. Its actually the one item that has the least amount of risk of loaning a fair price on. Thats if you were more interested in making money off the loan rather than keeping the item. Comments were very helpful which included that she can do them while you wait. As a mom of a FVHS athlete, running her own business, I can see why she doesn't have perfect hours. I'm sure she'd rather watch her teen's event whenever possible. I absolutely enjoyed my less than half hour in her presence. We chatted while her hands flew through restringing my necklace. She learned her craft from her mother and for fun she likes to time herself so that when someone asks how long a repair would take, she'd be able to answer with some proven experience. Just a fun gal. This necklace was my mom's and was worn by some of my siblings and myself for our weddings.
