I don't hand out 5 stars lightly, and I have only used this company for a smaller plumbing job, but the service was TOP TIER. They responded very quickly through Yelp, someone came by to inspect the issue within the hour - a leaky shower head that two other plumbers had shined me on about for over 5 months - after Eddie came for the inspection he went gave a flat rate quote and went out to get the replacement piece and returned quickly to complete the job. So happy to have a company locally I can trust to be responsive and professional - will definitely recommend and call again. Zachary M.

Calvin went out of his way to make the arrangement for a plumber's assist on this project to reset the toilet. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I originally decided to work with McDonald Construction for an interior…read moreremodel including new layout of kitchen, bathroom, and dining room, because I was impressed with the time Jeff (owner) took with me during the estimate process and I liked his attention to detail. However when the job started I didn't realize Jeff wouldn't be involved much at all. Instead the Foreman running the job didn't share the same values as Jeff, He is actually a complete HACK and I would never let him in my home again. Jeff's price was by far not the cheapest but I thought it would be worth it for a job well done. Instead all the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC was done by the foreman who clearly has no business to be in that line of work. It was all done incorrectly, with many shortcuts taken. He also lied and cheated his way through every inspection process that clearly needed to be done. After many missed deadlines, a job that was estimated to take 8 weeks was stretched to over 20 weeks where I was finally forced to remove this company from the job and spend more time and money finishing with other contractors. After just a few short months I am already having issues with the work McDonald Construction performed.
